The owner, Mr. Jones, went above and beyond. I called him and he came out promptly the same day to review the issues. The following day we had an appointment and he arrived EXACTLY on time. Plus he followed up the night before to see the status on my issue. Mr. Jones was prompt, professional, polite and courteous.From now on he will be the only electrician I will be using. Mr. Kelvin was very professional and provided great customer service. I had a weird accident that knocked out power in some of my outlets. I called Mr. Kelvin and the next morning, he was able to quickly fix the faulty outlets. He also found a loose wire in another outlet and replaced it. Mr. Kelvin was thorough, nice and went above and beyond what I asked for. I was also surprised to see that there was minimal cleanup after he completed the job!! Kelvin is honest and does great work. I asked for a qoute and told me he couldn't cause he needed to see the job. I needed a circuit ran from my box to my rooms cause I had a portable AC unit. He charged me 575. Seems like alot but others were talking about destroying my drywall or charging me 900. After installing we had a slight malfunction. I texted him at 11 pm and he helped me trouble shoot. Came over next day and fixed it. Honestly great experience. Would definitely recommend.
