Was disapatched to these clowns form first American warranty! Never heard from anyone so I called spoke with roger' said he would try around 4-430 now mins you all my appliances are out and had told thsi tonfrist American and this guy roger! So no hear from nobody on Monday,no no one on Tuesday so again I have to call several times no answer no call back, only
voicemail! Finally around 430 Tigard calls and act like this is no big deal ,acts like he never said he would come by Monday, and then he says after me getting very pisssd at him he would call back in 40 mins so he could figure something out? Guess what asshole never calls ,never calls on Wednesday! It's ok I found a hella a lot better company fisher electric,super guy abouve and beyond customer service!! this company and the unprofessional that own it?

Watch out when they are driving on the freeway. They cut people off and tailgate as well as drive very recklessly. This was all done while speeding through lots of traffic. Remember when you're in a company truck the business name is on the truck. Be mindful of those around you. I have a short video and picture to prove it.

Oh my! Where do I began? Do NOT and I repeat Do NOT even try to contact them. Horrible customer service, disrespectful and lied to Home Insurance. I called them several times, left voicemails for a couple of weeks due to my Fidelity Home Warranty assigning me to them. First time I called the person who answered he said ""call later I don't have time"" wtf?! Been calling for the next couple of weeks afterwards leaving voicemails no callbacks. Insurance contacts them they set me up for Memorial Day (Monday) appt didn't go to work and they no show!!! I even confirmed the appt with the gentleman since it was a holiday and he informed me that they will not be closed. I called them no answer. Called Tuesday. He has the audacity to say I ""screwed up the dates"" he set me up for Tuesday and guess what?!? He no shows again!! Run away as fast you can do not allow them into your home. I gave them the benefit of doubt now I'm stuck paying out of pocket cause insurance does not have any more vendors available. If I could I would give it -0 .

Prasad Electric was referred by First American Home Warranty. He came to my house on Sunday Jan 22, 2017. I was pleasantly surprised that he came punctual on Sunday, a rainy day in the bay area.
He was able to find the problem after several checks on the electric system of the house and fixed the problem right away. My appliances and electricity are working well now .
He also recommended a few things I need to do to the electricity in my old house so I have no more problems.
I would highly recommend them for any electrical work

Mr. Prasad was referred to us through 1st American Home Warranty. We were surprised that he came on Sunday 1/7/2017, one of the worst stormy days with winds gusting up to 60 miles & heavy rains . Mr. Prasad was professionally punctual. I asked him why they set up Sunday appointments...he said, it's because they are backed up and want to attend to all service requests. He knew immediately what was our electrical issue and addressed it quickly.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Prasad Electric as they are licensed electricians who are dedicated and proficient in what they do. Alas, this is sometimes a rare occurance in today's climate.

Raj and his crew did a complete rewiring job of an old house that had never had any significant upgrades done to it in 60 years! He identified all the issues with the current setup, pointed out safety issues and did an excellent job fast on a tight timeline. He and his crew were smart, hardworking, creative and conscientious. Raj's work is very thorough and he did additional work that came up during the project which needed attention. He is well versed on the code as well as aesthetics (and the city inspector praised the excellent job he did). They rewired and upgraded the whole house (with very little damage to walls), removed a web of cables and antenna that had accumulated over generations living in the house, and installed new recessed lighting, dimmers in a few rooms, a new oven hood, and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. The work is clean, the new electric box is clearly labeled and everything looks great. They cleaned, patched and painted afterwards. Raj and his team were accommodating to some mis-haps in the availability of the house and they worked long hours to complete the work. Always in good spirit and proud of their work, they took out all the stress I would have otherwise have felt as owner. The price WAS REASONABLE. Before I decided to give the job to Raj, I got an estimate from another contractor gave me a higher quote and he was wishy washy on committing to the complete scope of the work. It was a difficult project.
I am so glad to have hired Prasad Electric for this big job and I highly recommend Raj for any job big or small without any concerns.

Assigned this vendor via Fidelity National Home Warranty. Took 3 days to show up. Showed up 1 hour late and lied to my tenant saying it was my wife's fault and she was an ""idiot"". Rude to my tenant. Stayed only 15 minutes saying he needed to get authorization from the home warranty company because the wall needed to be opened up. After 4 days, he still did not submit the report for authorization. After 4 calls to the home warranty company, they assigned the job to another electrician. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - you will regret it!!!!
