I called to schedule a service call. I spoke with Sue and she instructed me to reset a button on my outlet. My house is older so the reset button was in my garage. After resetting the button everything worked! What an honest company!!!!

Called them up @ 5:30 at night to let them know that my A/C was not working. They said they will be there in an hour, it wasn't even 30 minutes when Mike rolled up. Super knowledgeable as well as very nice and not condescending. He looked it all over and gave me a brief history on the make of the unit as he started to tear it apart and quickly found one of 2 what I would call small issues. The old 3 ton unit was up and blowing COLD air within an hour. Powerworks to the rescue on my home issues again ! Thank you very much !

I called PowerWorks after looking up electricians on Yelp. Carlos came out and conducted a thorough review of why my ceiling (lighting) fixture had stopped working. He isolated the issue to a difficult-to-find transformer that had burned out. He was able to source one and returned the next day. The original installation of the light by the builder's subcontractor was sloppy, and bolts had been snipped that would no longer re-thread. He was able to fix those, at considerable effort, and the fixture is now secure. I felt I was in very good hands, with Carlos demonstrating both skill and care beyond what you would expect. I can highly recommend this group.

We were very pleased with the professionalism shown by PowerWorks. I contacted them about installing a light fixture for my lanai. They responded promptly and arranged for a same day install.
A convenient time was agreed on and Carlos came and installed our fixture. We are very happy. Carlos took the time with us to tell us that we had ""the best "" circuit panel. We also discussed smoke/co detectors and he said that they normally have a 10-12 year life. He then gave us a quote for replacing them.
