I would give this a zero if possible . He is not licensed , he gave me a quote of $165 to trouble shoot . After 15 hours in my home he charged $2100 to replace 8 outlets and 5 GFCI's
He could not find the problem and did not tell me he was charging to see what he could find . Outlet boxes were left open with wires hanging out. There are huge holes in the drywall that I now need to get repaired

Called to address a breaker that continued to trip. He told me a time, showed up about 10 minutes early, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue.

This is now 'my guy' when it comes to electrical issues. He explained the cause of the issue, fixed it quickly and I have not had an issue since.

I do not want to forget to mention that the time between sending a Yelp message and him ringing my doorbell was less than an hour....on a 100° day.

Another company whom I worked with previously was also available to come out to give me an estimate for multiple tasks including non-electrical repairs.
