Called to address a breaker that continued to trip. He told me a time, showed up about 10 minutes early, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue.

This is now 'my guy' when it comes to electrical issues. He explained the cause of the issue, fixed it quickly and I have not had an issue since.

I do not want to forget to mention that the time between sending a Yelp message and him ringing my doorbell was less than an hour....on a 100° day.

Thus far... had our initial visit with recommendations & game plan. Had PGE OUT for their input. Peymen is top of the trees for getting the ball rolling, we are waiting for PGE Electricians to do their thing. My project is bringing house up to date in 22nd century for power needs. Grounded plugs, bigger breaker box and fixing a shorted out outlet. Whoo hoo, I think I have met Buzz Lightyear!

I wanted to pull an inlet light off a three-way hallway switch and put it on its own dimmer switch. I thought that sounded like an easy job but I was wrong. The electrician was nice enough but discovered later in the job that he couldn't do what I wanted because the connection in the attic was impossible to reach. My issue with the service was that the electrician showed up ill-prepared. He didn't lay down a tarp over the job site and we have two chips on the hardwood floor where he dropped something. He also didn't have a 12-foot ladder to get into the attic or a broom to clean up the site. Unfortunately, he cut the sheetrock for the bigger outlet before he found out that the job couldn't be performed as I wanted. So I had a long cleanup, dirty walls and a mess on the floor, chips in the hardwood, a bigger switch plate to cover the empty new space, and out $150. Not a good experience.

Peyman replaced switches and a panel, restoring all the lighting in our huge backyard, fixed a wall socket that had melted, installed three recessed ceiling lights (including having to cut through the ceiling to make the holes big enough for the lights to fit), and a brand new ceiling fan in two days and for a great price. I really appreciated how he explained everything well and was very knowledgeable. He also took the time to ask my preference about the color of the lights and fan blades when he could have easily made those decisions himself to save time and I wouldn't have even known there was another option. He even asked me to specify which switch I wanted to configure to each light, which I found to be an impressive attention to detail. I felt like he treated the job as if it was at his own house and he really worked his ass off to get it done for us. Thank you, Peyman!!!!!!!!!!!
