If you need electrical work and are looking around let me save you the trouble go with this company. I had the big names come out to quote me on replacing an old panel in a (1960s) home. Then Paul came out and told me exactly what I needed and more importantly didn't need and saved me thousands of dollars.

The technician Greg arrived on time, was friendly and got straight to work. He worked throughout the day and when he couldn't finish up for whatever reason they sent another tech Brandon out that was just as great. All in all they did quality work at a more than fair price, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

From start to finish these guys did a wonderful job. They walked us through everything they were going to do, wore shoe protectors, and even cleaned up after - even running the floor steamer to get the last bits of dust off the floors.
The work was performed flawlessly and I couldn't be happier with the new recessed lights they installed in the study of my house.

All around just good people. My AC cut off one evening and I was expecting a house full of family. I called these guys and since it was a Sunday night there wasn't anyone available. I offered to pay extra to get someone to come out since I was expecting a lot of people. I believe the owner himself came and checked it out. He was so nice and understanding. Turns out it was something really minor and he was able to get the AC back on ASAP.

This company has extremely poor communication and scheduling skills. The two gentleman that arrived for my appointment 30 minutes late were nice, but were not prepared. One took a scrap piece of paper from my job site to write down the long list of electrical needs I needed quoted. He told me my estimate would be sent the falling morning. I received no estimate and left a message (and an email) for the owner who never returned my initial call. I called twice a few days later and left multiple messages and the owner finally graced me with a phone call. We went over his quote and I told him I would call him the next day to schedule. I called and left another message and never heard anything again.

This is case of a small business overextending themselves and (potential) customers suffer. After I received quotes from other electricians I also realized Powers price gauges. For the same scope of work I saved $1200 from multiple, well-reviewed master electricians in the Smyrna area. There are plenty of electricians in this area and I have had better luck with communication and pricing elsewhere. If you need a recommendation feel free to message me.

He was so nice and knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it in no time (GFCI adapter plug tripping constantly).
