I called Powers Electric on a Sunday without power in my house. Bill dispatched Chris, who was at the house in less than two hours despite being in the middle of another project an hour away. Chris showed up, diagnosed my problems in a few minutes, then set about obtaining the parts I needed and installing them. Bill and Chris were both shining examples of professionalism, friendliness, and competence, solving my issue quickly and at a fair price. I'd definitely hire this team again I'm the future.

Billy Powers and his crew came out and installed several new outlets, lighting, and a new fan. They were responsive, on time, communicative, and professional. I have dealt with other electricians in this area several times, and never did I receive the top quality service that I did from Powers Electric. He was a problem solver, and didn't run away or charge me more when things became complicated in my very old house. I highly recommend this company.

Im adding more, cause he needed him to come out and help me after 1 were there, didn't figure it out, 1 blew me off, the other looked at it like, im not doing this. But charged me.

My house is 550sq ft, PGE was $1000 a month! I called PGE 5xs said can you check the meter? they said, hire and electrician. My generators were overloading, why? Never did before!

So after talking to Bill after he helped me over the phone so much, he looked at the panel, we heard buzzing, he said thats a wire burning. OMG!
the guy who installed it wouldn't come, rude, so PGE was out in 20 minuets.
He saved me from my house from burning down when no one would help me!
He is a good man, sweet, i bugged him to death with worry, he was never rude. I swear, he is the best most trust worthy guy in town.

I have been looking to get a generator switch done on my home and found Powers electric on a Facebook post of theirs. I commented on the post and got a fast response and Billy came out the same day and provided me a quote that I was happy with. I was leaving for vacation that day and he assured me that he could be out the day after I returned to perform the work. That was great because every other electrician I called told me it will be a few weeks before they would be able to do anything. Billy kept in contact with me throughout the whole process , showed up right when he said he would and did a fantastic job answering all of my questions while installing the generator switch. I would highly recommend Powers Electric to anyone that is looking for any electrical needs done on their home and will definitely be calling in the near future for my next project.

Not sure how many employees are with this company, but I personally had Billy and not only was he friendly, but he did an above and beyond job. All my issues were fixed in a timely manner, and it was at price point you can't beat now a days. Will be having him back to upgrade some lighting soon. I high recommend Powers Electric!
