Our communication setting the appointment was excellent...he replied promptly and gave a preliminary estimate based on a short video I sent to his phone. He arrived at my house on time, and was tidy and meticulous. The wall for the outlet is all ceramic tiles, and he carefully cut one tile to install the outlet without damaging other tiles.
