Overall, the process was nothing but amazing! I called the minute my power went out in my bedroom and I left a voicemail with Lisa, who reached out to me shortly after and walked me through a reset process over the phone to try and resolve it right then and there! The gesture was appreciated, but unfortunately I still needed service to be done. Thankfully she was able to set up an appointment with me the next day and accommodated to my work schedule! The electrician came out and solved the problem with ease! He was friendly and great to chat with, I enjoyed his company! He also offered some great information to help me prevent any future outages. I highly recommend this company seeing that they treat us like close friends rather than just your average customers. They will be the first person I call for any future electrical issues I may encounter.

It has been several weeks, the person worked on the street light in Westhaven community has wasted so much time yet the person still could not fix the light. You can see him came in and stayed there for minutes and drove away and came back for a few minutes and drove away. I don't understand it at all. It is a street light for god sick.

I don't think this business is open. I like to support local businesses so since they are just a couple of miles from me I called their office leaving a detailed message and also filled out their web form. No call back or response on email. Go figure. Other companies responded same day.

Had some outlets that lost power after an outage. Talked with Lisa on the phone about my issue and she was extremely thorough on explaining the whole process and next steps. Her husband went over the same day and fixed the issue. Next day the same issue popped again and talked to Lisa about the problem again. Her husband went back and fixed the problem without charging me. Lisa and her husband provided great service and were very transparent throughout the whole process. I would definitely call them again for future electrical issues.

We thought we needed to add another outlet/socket under our sink after we added a pump for our tankless water heater. We only had two outlets, but needed three. But, after just speaking with Lisa on the phone and her confirming with her husband, the electrician, we only had to get an outlet adapter for two plugs so we then had enough places to plug all three in. They didn't even have to come out to our place and charged us nothing.

We lived without lights in our closet and bathroom for 2 years. We put it off for some reason. I decided to surprise my boyfriend and get it fixed. Daniel was friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in under an hour. I'm very pleased with the excellent service I received and will use again for any electrical issues. My boyfriend was so surprised and happy I took care of it. He keeps forgetting to turn the lights on though. Lol
