Very responsive--we called and he answered and immediately gave us an appointment. He was very prompt, which isn't always the case here in El Paso. We appreciate a professional who can keep appointments and can arrive on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We were having wiring issues with our RV solar panels, after numerous attempts of troubleshooting on our own, he fixed the issues! We were so thankful.

WOW A service company that shows up when they say their going to and calls 10-15 min prior to arrival....AWESOME ( Im mentioning this because that simple act is hard to find in EP ). I was having a breaker problem and it turned out to be a simple fix that Robert diagnosed and took care of in a timely matter. Even gave me some suggestions to address another electrical issue as a DIY project that would be a simple and easy fix. He could have suggested to do this simple task and make a quick $ but instead gauged his customers experience and passed on making $ to help a new and a future returning customer out. Great Job.

Great, professional service provided by Robert and his crew. New 110 outlet, new 220 dryer outlet and a ceiling fan pre-wire on the outside patio were a breeze for these guys. I called them and left them a message and I emailed them. Never heard a word. Two days later I called Gamboa Electric and they answered their phone and were out right away, but they were supposed to get back to me with a quote and never did so I had to call a third electrician since Gamboa did not return my call for the quote. Action Electric ended up working out the best.

Great professional service no doubt! I've called them 3 times in less than a year, and they did a superb job every time. Very punctual and friendly too. I almost don't want to write a review here, because then they will have too many customers and I will have to wait longer if I need a service call next time.

Definitely worthy of their 5 star rating on yelp. They are a smaller company but they get the job done right for a very fair rate. I am not really one to post reviews but these guys deserved a great rating. They fixed several issues at my home the right way in a couple of hours. Wish you could get this kind of service everywhere.
