He troubleshot the ring doorbell issue we had. He had to buy an new transformer; from Home Depo but ultimately he found that the issue was our doorbell power wire...

Jason responded quickly and was able to pencil me in for the following day. Jason was punctual, arriving at the scheduled time. Jason was professional and had a ""can do, no problem"" attitude. Rerouted an outlet for my wall mounted television. Beams had to be drilled, but Jason kept the drill access drywall holes to a minimal. He salvaged the drywall and I was able to repair that same day. I highly recommend Jason for his professional work. Will definitely be calling him for our entire home renovation.

I needed to have a new outlet installed in my one of my bathrooms. I messaged about 5 electricians, but Jason was only one who responded me on the same day. He was so prompt on setting up an appointment also.

I was so impressed about Jason showing up the exact time of our appointment today, since he was coming all the way from Temecula. I even asked him if it was alright that he was traveling so far for a small job, and he told me that he had another appointment even further. He was going there because he made an appointment already with the customer and didn't want to let her down. I think that is so noble and wonderful business attitude to have.

We had a slight miscommunication about the quote, but he still charged me a very good price for the work. Jason finished work in no time, and he even installed a nice 4-plug outlet, instead of a 2-plug outlet.

Jason is a very courteous, friendly and professional electrician that I am so happy to find. The world would be a better place if so many people were like Jason.
