On Monday, October 17, 2022 my parents had Power Pro Electric come to the house because they were having trouble with the kitchen outlet and the circuit breaker associated with that outlet. The Power Pro tech changed the outlet and circuit breaker. The tech was quick and was at the house a total of 45 minutes. The cost was $925! My parents did not receive a fixed cost estimate prior to starting the work as stated on the Power Pro form. The Power Pro work authorization form states that there is a $100 charge which includes ""evaluation of the problem and a fixed cost estimate to complete the job. The technician told my parents that he needs to call the office and get the price for the job. This was after the job was complete. On Saturday, October 22, 2022 I called the Power Pro office and spoke with Damian (owner) and asked him why the charge was so high. Damian stated that the $100 is just to show up at the job location and that ""troubleshooting"" is $695. Damian said he would talk with the technician (Martin) and call me back on Monday, October 14. Damian did not call me back so I called and left a voicemail on October 15. As of writing this review Power Pro Electric has not contacted me. My parents are 90 and 94 years old and are on a fixed income. Shame on Power Pro Electric for taking advantage of Seniors! I have made a report to the BBB.

I recently hired Power Pro Electric to install a new electrical panel at my house. They explained to me the entire process of adding a new electrical panel to our home, so nothing was a surprise to us.
They also took care of all the City Permits which can be such a hassle to deal with on your own.
Not only that! My wife and I were impressed with how professional the technicians were and the respect they showed us when entering and exiting our home. The technicians always wore (Clean) shoe covers that not only protected our floors but kept germs out of our home as well.
When their work was complete, the technicians left my home just as clean as it was their home.
Our new Electrical Panel works and looks great!
I will hire Power Pro Electric for any electrical projects in my home in the future.

I have been working with Damian and his team for the last 2 years and they have always been very friendly and professional.

I recently had them replace our 20 year old electrical panel with a new panel that could support our new electric vehicle charging station and our new large ADU.

Everything was thoroughly explain to us and we knew the exact cost before they started the project. The quality of their work is first class. When they were done they clean-up after themselves and truly made our remodeling project less stressful.  We highly recommend them!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I called this company to come out to take a look at some appliances that were not getting power they reset a beaker and replaced a couple 20 dollar beakers. they gave me a call at work and said it would be 250.00 thought that was high but oh well, after they completed the job they handed my wife a bill for 900.00 and she didn't know any better and paid it. When I saw it I was quite upset called them on the phone and got a line of bull as to all they say they did which was not much. the guy spent all of one hour at my house and forty dollars in parts. Don't use this company
there are more repeatable ones out there. Scam artist for sure.

Completely flaked on my appointment. I was supposed to hear from the electrician Martin when he was on his way. I called the main number and no response. I planned my day around that. I am fine with things coming up, I know it happens, but at least communicate. We live in flakey times. I'll be looking for someone else.

I recently hired Power Pro to come out and replace an old electric panel. I received multiple bids prior to hiring Power Pro, and both their price and customer service were highly competitive. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule quickly, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Damien and his staff were nothing but professional throughout, and I'll be hiring them again!

I had partial power throughout my home for a few hours. I called several electrical companies and none were available after 4pm. I called Power Pro and they responded quickly and arrived within the hour. My power was restored at a reasonable price and the technician was very professional and clean.

Could have completely been ripped off. 17 dollars worth of parts to the $640 dollar quote from Damian. Tech came out two hours past time they said. Damian up-selled the world too, saying more would need to be done if my simple GFI replacement box didn't work. Shame, shame on him for talking advantage of a widow and an Air Force veteran. Keep clear, an awful human being.

I had the power go out in half of my house last night and every electrician I called said they could not come until the next morning or next day until I called Power Pro Electric. Damien was very nice and had a technician come out in about 1 hr or less. The electrician quickly found the issue and had a solution in place. He and Damien worked to find the parts so the problem could be fixed the same night (so I didn't lose anything in my fridge or freezer) which was difficult because so many places closed early due to the COVID changes. All of my questions were answered and while the electrician went to find the parts Damien answered my questions and explained the problem to me in more detail. The parts were found and were of higher quality than the parts I had before which is reassuring. Everyone at Power Pro I dealt with was very professional and would definitely recommend them. They were upfront about everything and offered a good warranty on the work.

I don't usually write reviews for tech but I had to show that I had extremely happy with the rapid response I received. My choice was based on being local for one reason to be at my place on time. Thank you for being extra clean since I am a clean freak.
