We had a very positive experience working with Phil. We hired him to update our electrical to support a new hot tub. He was very professional and worked through a tough house installation, but honored his original bid. He offers a fair price for the work and shows up when he says he will. I feel relieved to know I have found a competent electrician to help with any of my future needs. He also follows all COVID protocols without question, which I really appreciated.

I used to hire this company for many things, but the last time I needed service the owner came out, looked at what needed done, told me he could do it but needed to consult with someone else. I called because it was taking quite a long time to get back to me. He finally brought another guy to look at the project and told me he would get back to me with a bid. I waited and waited and finally called and left a message. He never returned my calls and fell off the face of the earth!

I called Phil the other day with an electricaly issue in a laundromat I was working in. The laundromat ws in Petaluma but Phil ddn't hesitate come come right down. He was able toget there within an hour! Faster than I could get there LOL. We agreed on a time, he showed up, pulled out his meter and within 5-10 minutes he identified the problem and corrected it without even having to shut off the breaker. Phil is an extrememly knowledgeable electrician and his price could not be more fair!

I have used the services of Power Play Electric for my home on several occasions. Recently I brought Phil in to inspect a commercial building I am considering purchasing. Phil was flexible and professional in all aspects of the inspection. As the building is presently occupied, the inspection needed to be done after business hours. That was no problem for Phil. His inspection was very thorough and included taking pictures of various issues he found in the building. These photos were used in his very extensive report which outlined a number of serious safety issues with the antiquated electrical system. (The building was build in 1953, so issues were expected.) I felt his charge for this extensive and informative report was quite reasonable as well as his estimate of charges to make the building safe.

I cannot recommend Power Play Electric highly enough.
