Marlon has done 2 jobs for us. The first one was great pricing and he came out and done the work and returned the next day to finish up the job. Work was great. That was about 3 years ago. The second job, he kept rescheduling. I pulled the permit and when he FINALLY finished his end, he said that anything the inspector needs fixed to let him know, it wouldn't be any extra cost. Oct 21st 2024 was our inspection. I gave the screen shot of the list to Marlon as soon as I got it that same day. It is now Dec 23rd 2024 and all I keep hearing from him is ""I'll be there tomorrow"" and he NEVER calls and is a no show. I message again - ""oh, can't be there till this Friday"". Again, no call, no show. Message again...... this keeps going on until he's now not answering his texts. No calls, no show. I had things the well company had to also fix through the permit for electrical work that they could do. They came out within 2 weeks of me notifying them (they were also busy from the hurricane damage, but got in fixed the work and left to other jobs.) Marlon's promises keep failing and now I don't trust his word. I will be filing a report on his license and have contacted a lawyer. I don't like laziness. I've been a business owner before. Customer Satisfaction is what any employer should strive for. This just blows my mind how he does his business. STAY AWAY! Find another company because this one is NOT reliable!

Update: Marlon seen the review on Google when I posted it 12/23/2024. He called me soon after I posted and asked ""If I come out tomorrow at 10am would you please remove the review?"" I said yes. I would remove it. Today is 12/24/2024. The day of the appointment. It's now 12:55pm and NO CALL NO SHOW AGAIN from Marlon. AND, I can't update my review on Google any longer because he turned off reviews. I'll update when he decides to show. I have changed my schedule and dr appointments so many times to make sure I'm here when he says he will be here. But he can't give me the respect to tell me he's not able to show.

Had to re-wire entire home to pass inspection on a property & also run electric to washer, dryer and hot water heater in a detached garage. The work was done perfectly in a timely manner, passed all my inspections and at a fair price. Thanks again!

Marlon is the business owner and service provider, and he was able to come on the same day to take care of our problem. He replaced some breakers for us to solve an issue with the outlet on our dryer, and he was in and out within an hour (including a quick trip to buy some parts he needed).

He was on time, efficient, and clean with his repair.

Would definitely recommend!
