I contacted Power Empire to inquire about installation of security cameras around the exterior of my house due to some concerns I was having. The owner, Jacob responded back quickly. I told him my concerns and he graciously got an appointment time in quick for me and offered to come on his off day, a Saturday to get the cameras installed for me. Jacob and his employee did an excellent job and I have a better sense of security for my home and family. I would definitely hire this company again in the future for any of my electrical needs. Very professional and courteous.

We recently hired Jacob (the owner) to install 4 ceiling fans, a Ring camera doorbell, and assist with our smoke detectors. I really appreciate the open communication via text before the scheduled arrival day. He was very responsive, explained exactly what to expect and pricing, so there were no surprises from the beginning. He gave a fair price for the job. Jacob went out of his way to order and pick up the materials needed and kept us updated as it got closer to the day of installation. He and his colleague were efficient and very courteous with their prep work and clean up after completion! (i.e. used shoe coverings, put plastic down the work area, and even THOROUGHLY vacuumed!) Jacob is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Coupled with a great sense of humor! We will definitely be calling him again for any electrical work we need in the future. Very professional , really knows their stuff. Scheduling was great , they came out the same day I called for services. Jacob came out to look at my plug outlets and I was very impressed and he even educated me on a few things. Nice guy. I highly recommend this company!
