Requested service to repair/replace a kitchen GFCI outlet and install an outlet for a microwave on their website, but no one responded after 3 days. Was on a deadline, so went with another company that did respond promptly.

We found found Power Electric USA through Angie's list. They were quick to respond and to set up an initial appointment to review the project (soon to be projects). We had posted job as the main need (outlet in kitchen for microwave, install 2 light fixtures indoors), but when Lawrence came out to review job and give quote, we added additional jobs needed to get full estimate of all the work we needed vs. immediate need (about 8 other items). Estimate was within our framework (no other Angie's list businesses completed contact - 4 others were contacted). Lawrence arrived on day planned to get work done along with another worker who he introduced and explained he would do the work. Work was completed in timely manner and thoroughly. Although the final invoice was over the estimated project total, we were informed along the way that due to complications in the work we needed done costs would increase. We expected this as our house was built in '80s and had some DIY work done by a prior homeowner. We recommend Power Electric USA and will use them again in the future when we have additional electrician needs!

These guys did an awesome job. Unlike some other companies, gave me a fair quote via pictures before arriving. I had 4 outlets installed. The job turned out to be a little tougher than anticipated and they honored their price. The work was high quality and they cleaned up after themselves. They were sensitive to current environment and washed hands frequently. I even had another job I had asked them to quote, and Lawrence was fair and honest and checked that the product I bought worked first, which it did not, so I was able to return it without paying for install only to realize it did not work. Just good guys, fair and honest. I couldn't be more appreciative.
