This was my third time using Power and Control Installations, Inc for residential electrical services. They have added both interior and exterior 110 outlets and wiring; a 220v circuit with a local disconnect for my outdoor hot tub then reconnected the hot tub from the 110 to 220 circuit; installed new Eaton home surge protection to my distribution panel and replaced obsolete partial can lights in my kitchen and nook. Each time I was provided a free and competitively priced estimate in writing; and scheduling the work was prompt. Their electricians and helpers were professional, courteous, respectful, competent and efficient. They treated my home with due care; job sites were cleaned before leaving. No surprises, gimmicks or sudden charges. Sometimes I provided agreed materials other times they did - all part of their agreed estimate.

I've actually called them out a fourth time, after my hot tub was switched over to the 220v circuit. The hot tub was not functioning properly so I called and an electrician came out to troubleshoot the problem. Together we confirmed that all of their previous work was functioning properly (which I suspected), then their electrician went beyond that to help me troubleshoot my older hot tub and determine the problem with it. Although repairing the hot tub was outside of their service scope, having the information that their electrician provided was very valuable to me.

I give them a strong recommendation and will continue to use them for my ""go-to"" electrician!
