These guys are truly thieves. They came in to specifically replace Contactors and fix three pole lights for us. But instead they disabled three of my good lights by stealing parts from them to repair the ones they came in to fix. When we asked why we have three more lights not coming on, they said because the Ballasts are bad on them. We brought another company to take care of the lights with bad Ballasts and they said, there is nothing wrong with the Ballasts and the Contactors are missing from them. Basically, they stole the Contactors from the good lights to replace the bad ones and charged us for the new ones.

William came out provided me with a free estimate which was nice. One of his technicians Anthony came to the house repaired the conflicting electrical issues I was having. The work was done in one day with absolutely no complaints at all other than when removing the old cans from the ceiling in order to install new LED lights. if a dropcloth was used on the floor there would have been no dust left behind. I would highly recommend this company and I have kept his number in my phone for any future repairs needed as I will certainly call them back. I also felt that the price was quite reasonable for the amount of work Anthony had to perform.

William was the first one to respond when my attic gable fan broke. He was very helpful and honest throughout, and did a thorough inspection of all the other electrical in my attic to confirm it was safe. When he showed me that the fan was broken, I decided to purchase a new one. He went out of his way to pick it up for me and install the same day. Very friendly and prompt service at a good value, highly recommended!

I had issues with one of the outlets in the kitchen and it wasn't a simple problem to solve like replacing the outlet plug with a new one. William from powell energy troubleshoot the issue and found that that there was outage drop due to incorrect wiring. He did a thorough job in isolating the problem and explained what the issue was . He also cleaned up the area where he worked once the problem was resolved
