I was told by my electrician to call Powell Electric for a generator. I spoke personally
last Friday, the 9th to Garrett for an appointment on Monday, the 12th at ten. I waited an
half hour and had other appointments. I called around four to ask why he didn't show
and Garrett's comment was you must have had a bad day as you wrote it down wrong
and I had a meeting on Monday and good luck in finding someone. I do believe I was
insulted by this gentlemen and would not recommend this company. Sherrie

I've used these people for a few years to service a generator that is in our back yard. Recently I had a problem where it would switch on during an interruption of power, but it wouldn't switch back off when the power came back on. Twice I've had to go out and manually turn it off. The first time I called and someone came out, looked it over, ""tested"" it and said he couldn't find anything wrong. Fast forward about 3 months and it happened again. When I called them up and said your guy came out and said it was all fine and works great, but I still have the same problem. It won't switch off. Their reply was to send me to another company
who works on generators because they decided they want to pursue other avenues of 'electric'. So... I'm out a hundred bucks for which I got basically nothing. I feel like this is wrong. A refund would have gone a long way towards good customer service and fairness.. Now I'd be leery to use them for anything else...
