Scam!! Run away - any body else but these guys. Called because of a short and electrical fire in a floor plug. Wanted them to repair or to terminate the supply. I had agreed to a service charge and 1/2 hour of labor for $116.00. Without even removing the plug from the receptacle the tech announced that we would need to run a new power line for the circuit or at the least disconnect the supply from it's source. Minimum of 6-700 hundred dollars. I paid the $116.00 and sent him on his way. Despite my bad back I opened the box and removed the plug. Somebody had dropped a piece of metal into the hot side of the plug (probably a bobby pin) that arc'd when grounded by pressure. The plug was a mess but the supply wires were fine. I could have installed a new plug and it would have been fine but I capped the wires in the box and installed a cover.

I don't think they intended to do any work in the first place.. just make some easy service call money. My advice...stay away.
