When I had a power outage because of a faulty fuse that prevented me from opening my garages at 5am, I called the emergency number that was on my fuse box . The answering service was professional and polite and connected me immediately with the new owner, Kurt. Even though it was early, he was kind and walked me through some troubleshooting. He wanted me to save the 149$ emergency fee. Since my day was full I opted for service right away, and the technician named Jeremy arrived 45min. later. Jeremy was also kind despite the early hour, found the problem right away and fixed it. The service call was 99$, plus the emergency fee, all very worth it if you need help right away! I will keep using POSITRICITY and recommend them highly!
