Mike came out a couple of weeks ago to assess our circuit breaker panel issue which needed some replacement breakers. He took his time to explain everything about the panel and showed us how he would replace the circuit breakers, and we learned a lot. Unfortunately, the type of breakers that we needed were not available in the Santa Barbara area. I was able to find the breakers in another city and rescheduled our service with Mike. He came back and installed the new breakers and everything works great. Highly recommend!

I miraculously got a Friday afternoon last-minute appointment to repair a plug for my hot water heater (three-day weekend), and Noah was the KINDEST electrician. Didn't take him long to do the job and he even asked if I had anything else I needed repaired while he was there since he had to charge a flat fee. Of course I didn't remember until this morning that I could have had him install a ceiling light, but the next time I have a few small jobs that pile up, I am for sure calling them. Excellent customer service to accommodate an emergency last-minute.

We call Positively Electrical to look into a problem with our ceiling lights. They came out promptly and diagnosed the problem after a couple of hours. We needed a new part to get the lights working again. They looked for the replacement part but found out that it was not longer made and Oliver gave me the assurance that they would look for a replacement and get back to me. I waited about 3 weeks with no response. Finally I called him again and he said we couldn't find a replacement and that was it. I followed up with a request as to what I should do to get my ceiling lights working ...we had already paid them for the work they did to figure out the problem. Several hundred dollars later our lights still aren't working.
I was disappointed with the lack of followup and a very short, uncaring response when they didn't have a solution for us.

We had to call twice to reach them, but it was over the holidays, and the second time they called back very promptly and scheduled our repair work for the next day. Noah and Eli showed up on time, and were very pleasant. They got to work right away and were clear about what they had done to resolve the problem. We are very pleased with the service and the quality of work and would call them again when we need an electrician.

It was worth the wait. My upstairs bathroom and bedroom's electricity in Santa Barbara was not working. The team showed up timely. They wore masks, and were respectful of the property. After listening to the symptoms, they quickly found the problem and thought they were able to fix it quickly, . It resolved the problem for a bit, but it did not hold, and we were back in the dark.
We called, and Oliver made it a priority to schedule us in and made a more comprehensive/replacement fix. I appreciate their conservative approach, trying to save us costs, rather than telling us, we needed a complete overhaul. He and his team were professional, courteous, friendly, punctual, and responsive to texts, email, and phone calls. Easy on line payment as well. I will call on them again!

Oliver and his team were fantastic; they installed electrical lighting, outlets, and associated breakers for my yard. They are professional, show up on time, and work hard at a fair price.
