Positively Electric is great. They did a panel upgrade for me, and rewired the home and garage. Their pricing was competitive, but more importantly, they really know their stuff and work fast! Strong work ethic and they show up on time when they say they will. I was shocked how quickly their crew works, they finished what seemed to me like a pretty big job in only one day. What a pleasant surprise, because it's usually the other way around. And special bonus, they were very mindful about cutting my drywall carefully so I could re-use the cut-out sections. It saved me time and money when my handyman came to patch the walls.

After Positively Electric finished the big jobs and my place, kitchen installers showed up at my place a few days later to install new cabinets. Turns out I needed to move an outlet a few inches for the cabinets to work. I called Tony, the owner of Positively Electric, asking him in desperation if they could come out within the hour. Yes! I was so relieved. Their speedy response allowed my move ahead with the kitchen install, instead of a costly rescheduling. I really appreciate the Pos Elec team, nice guys too. I highly recommend this company. I love finding honest reliable service providers so took the time to write this review. Maybe it'll help other property owners too.

These guys take care of business! It was very frustrating to find a good company that would work on and troubleshoot solar panel systems. Ricky was the primary technical that worked with my inverter company and then set up getting the replacement unit. He communicated when the new unit arrived. The repair was done in a timely fashion and he was very professional. I felt that their prices were fair. I'm grateful that I now a company I can call to help me out.

We learned very quickly that electricity was something best left to the experts. We knew we couldn't count on Southern California Edison as we were on a two year waiting list to upgrade are panel. Tony was our first call--and our only call. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Tony was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. Lightening struck and destroyed our Electric box, leaving us with no power and no water (well). We called every Electrician in the book. Not only were they the only ones to return our call; they came out the same day to assess the situation, and had us up and running in two days (a big job in 100 degree heat)!
They literally saved us and our animals!

I had multiple estimates, and decided to go with Positively Electric because Tony took the time to answer my questions fully and with patience, which enabled me to have my home and family prepared for the panel upgrade work I wanted to have done in the middle of summer. They were also surprisingly competitive in their pricing, and there was no BS up sell or last minute add-ons.

They did a fantastic job. They pulled the required permit, kept me in the loop about inspections and schedule. Got the old 100 amp panel removed with a minimum of fuss, replaced it with the 200 amp upgrade making sure every connection was solid as they went, cleaned up after themselves including hauling away debris from creating a bigger spot to accommodate the new larger panel, gave me the name of an excellent stucco person to do the minimal restoration needed around the new panel, and walked me through how to get the ""final"".

Tony and his crew were knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, and did a terrific job.
We needed new cable lines from street into house and they handled this just how we wanted, no wires showing that didn't need to, clean cuts for new wall sources, exactly as we asked and set up as precisely as I'm sure they would have done if it were their own house. I want to start this review off by saying that because of the disgusting state of our old and in terrible disrepair mobile home, it made me nauseous with embarrassment at the thought of a stranger coming in for any kind of repair work. The longer I put it off the worse things are getting so I bit the bullet and put out a request on yelp to try and figure out why 1/3 of our electricity hasn't been working. I got a fast response from Tony to come out and take a look. Not once did he or his crew make me feel bad about the embarrassing state of our mobile home. They had odds stacked against them with decades of neglect and a 30-year old electric system, as well as holes in the flooring where they had to work and dead animals under the house where they had to crawl. They were fast, courteous, and kept me informed of everything they were doing and what they were finding. They ended up fixing more than they came here to do and the cost was more than reasonable. I absolutely recommend them for a fast, kind, and honest job and I promise not to let things get this bad before I reach out for help. Thank you guys!
