Positive Electric saved the day for our local church. We had a large, commercial installation of custom lighting for our main Sanctuary. Of three bidders, they were the lowest and provided additional services when our lighting designer failed us. Diego was very thorough with his estimate, added the extra LED track lights, dimmers, and parts we needed, and fixed problems with the $12k in custom fixtures we received. Took three days, two electricians, but it was done correctly and they stuck to the estimated price. The Sanctuary had steep, 25 ft ceilings with pews bolted to the concrete. Working from both a ladder and rolling scaffolding, they got the job done.

Overall, very professional, thorough, and technically competent to do the job right at the lowest price. Always on time and easy to work with. Highly recommend them.

Needed to have two heaters replaced. Never needed an electrician, or even knew one. Yelped! Them, and took a chance. VERY reasonable rates(big plus)Great customer service, on time, and best of all, knew what he was doing... Kyle Rocks. Definitely will use them again, and will recommend them.

Circuit breaker wouldn't reset. Well treated on the phone call. Diego the electrician arrived when scheduled. He did good troubleshooting of where the short was--turns out it was the sump pump--and was personable and considerate.

I had a great experience with them installing approx 40 recessed cans for our remodel. I primarily dealt with Nick, who was nice and efficient. The company is a class act.

Had them come out a few months ago to install a bathroom light/fan fixture. If I remember correctly, I called the night before and they were out the next day for an estimate. We also decided last minute (during the estimate) to have a new thermostat installed at a new location than the existing one and the overall quote was reasonable. Then they made another trip out to install both things. It turned out to be a difficult install for the light/fan because the attic was inaccessible, so it took longer than expected. But they were very professional with the install, cleaned up their workspace, and honored the quote despite the additional effort required. There's a reason they are Diamond Certified.

Only thing they could improve on would be to have someone who fields the initial call to have a better attitude. I did call around 8-9PM, but their service hours are listed as 24/7 and wasn't that late in the night. I just felt the lady who I spoke with was a little annoyed.

These are the greatest electricians in the area! They have been to our house numerous times for various issues over the past year and are always knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. Everything they have worked on has stayed in perfect working order after the repair. The last time they visited, unexpectedly when I received the bill, the invoice said they decided not to charge me as a courtesy even though they had to replace my GFI outlet.

Simply put these are the best electricians I have used in over 30 years of home ownership. The office promptly called me back after I left a message, within a day or two they had someone come out to give me an estimate on having some outlets run to the front of the house as well as some other work around the house. Each day the owner Nick called to let me know when the folks would be out to do the work. Tod and Jeff showed up on time, well mannered, did the work quickly and professionally and when they left each day I couldn't tell that they were even there. The bill came right on the quote and even when I had a misunderstanding on what was covered Nick graciously worked with me to solve the dispute. Outstanding service, excellent quality; I can't recommend them highly enough

I am a satisfied customer . . . . accurate quote, great price, on time service and quality work. I had 8 canned lights installed (with no attic access) and 2 electrical outlets installed. The pricing was almost half of what I had anticipated based on other quotes. Installer was friendly and on time. His work space was left clean. One repair to the drywall could have been better - but since he knew a drywall guy was coming the next day, perhaps he didn't focus on perfection with that patching. I ordered pizza for lunch and gladly shared a few slices with him . . . nice guy and good work, it was the least I could do. The bill came in the mail for the exact price I was quoted. I should mention the drywall contractor was shocked at the ability of the electrician to not tear up the drywall for the electrical outlets. He said most would have cut around the entire room to install the outlets. Even he was impressed with the work and asked me for their information.

We needed to find an electric contractor to fix a problem in our house. We called another company and they never called back to set up an appointment. We then found Positive Electric through Yelp and made a call to them. The office advised that there was someone in our area finishing up another job and they could be over within 30 minutes to one hour. The person arrived within 30 minutes and knew what the problem was right away. The problem was fixed in less than an hour. We have now found an electric contractor that is dependable, professional and reliable. We recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

What can I say? They were awesome! Arrived on time for the quote. Fully assessed the three situations I called about - including physically inspecting them. Told me what additional information they needed and explained why. Gave me a quote when they said they would. When I approved the work they were there within the time frame I needed them, on time, finished the job within the expected time frame, were very neat workers and coordinated with my other vendor (Cacchia Plumbing - the best plumer in the State). They completed the job within budget. When my City Permit Guy wanted additional tweaking in one of the three areas,, they came came timely, did what the City asked, and charged minimal for added work. I am SO happy I have found a reliable electrcian and will DEFINITELY call them the next time I need an electrician. The fact they accept major credit cards is just icing on the cake!
