Bryan was extremely thorough and very careful to understand what it is needs to be done. Him and his partner Manny I believe installed 4 outlets and they came out perfect. They knew what they were doing, quick, and were both very respectful. Will be hitting them up whenever I want some more electrical projects in the future. Appreciate you guys!

I'm glad I found Brian from Portillo's electric. I originally hired him for installing a SimpliSafe doorbell, he responded quickly, worked efficiently and everything went according to plan. I then also had him move my fan and install a smart switch. Previous electrician had difficulty installing that switch, but Brian had no issues and again, everything turned out great! The fan was moved and it looks like it has always been in that spot. I would trust Brian with any of my future electrical projects.

Brayan and crew did a great job installing my Level 2 EV Charger. They were on time and charged exactly what they estimated. They were very knowledgeable about EV chargers, and even helped me set up the wireless connection and the phone app. I highly recommend them for any electrical work, especially EV charger installation.

Mr. Portillo responded quickly to my request and set up appointment. He was willing to come on the same day but I was working. Scheduled for weekend. Mr. Portillo and his assistant were both professional, polite and very knowledgeable with what I wanted done. I honestly feel his pricing was fair for what I wanted done (install a fan/chandelier). I would most definitely recommend him and keeping his number for any future work. I wish them both well in 2025.

Very professional and was on time and took care of a couple other problems that I had, that needed to be addressed. If i were to remain in the area, I would use Bryan for all my electrical needs. Unfortunately, I am relocating out of the area. But we talked about some work i need done at my new house. Good guy!!!

I'm only giving this a 1 star because he did fix the issue, was on time and professional. Other than that, the follow up is what has me posting a 1 star review. After the work was completed, he asked me for my email address, so that he could inbox me the invoice, so that I could be reimbursed by the property owner. That was on Wednesday, this is now Friday and I've still had no email, but it appears as though he's blocked my number. He originally tried to quote me $950 to replace a circuit breaker, but then went down to $750. Money wasn't an issue, seeing as I rent out the rooms in the home, it's just comical that after he got paid, my number is suddenly blocked. I hope the $750 was worth it.

I'm also attaching a screenshot of me sending my email, then asking on Friday (today) if he sent the invoice over and realizing my messages weren't going through to him.

I updated it to a 4 star. I finally got the invoice.

Call for service got an appointment immediately, he was reasonable in price. when he came he was punctual , very professional, knowledgeable,,. Etc. before leaving I set up another appointment. Wish we could give more than 5 stars. Book him he's the best. Thank you for your service.
