Had a few broken light fixtures in the kitchen. Gave port city a call and Georgina was able to squeeze me in the same day. Ivan came out within the hour of calling. He was able to replace 3 ballasts and fix some wiring on the fixtures. He had everything working within only an hour of labor. Which was great for my wallet. The price was completely fair. Both Georgina and Ivan were friendly, informative, and worked with a purpose. I'd recommend them to friends and family. Ivan even gave an estimate for a future project. I would def use their services again.

Best in town! Need electrical work done you need to call Port City, they always get the job done and done right!
Thank you Ivan

Outlets in our bedroom quit working when an item was plugged in. Ivan, from Port City Electric Corp, was friendly and efficient. He was able to find and fix the problem in 30 minutes. Port City Electric was fair and upfront about the cost of the job. When I need an electrician I'll be calling Port City Electric Corp.

I have had Port City Electric come out on 2 separate occasions and his work is awesome. Ivan was always been on time, respectful, and completed his work quickly.
The first time he came out, he helped convert our hall closet to a wine closet. There were no light installed in the closet and he put up 2 canned swivel lights with a dimmer in about an hour! This was about 2 years ago and haven't had any issues with it.
More recently, we were having random issues with the lights in our master bedroom and master bath. The lights would flicker, get stuck on and not be able to turn off, and only 2 of the 6 lights in the bathroom would work despite replacing all of them. Ivan was able to figure out the issue based off my explanation and fix it.
Port City Electric is a great company with fair pricing, great customer service I will use them for all my electrical needs!
Recommend 100%!

We had a modular classroom on church property for many years until the homeless cut a hole in our fence and set it on fire. We are now replacing that modular. During the fire the PG&E had to be turned off and a lot of the wiring was burned back a short way. Port City Electric came out there and for a VERY REASONABLE PRICE connected to the existing wiring and connected it to our replacement modular. THEIR WORK LOOKS AMAZING and THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT WE ASKED THEM TO DO!! What more can you ask of a company?? And the people that work there are as friendly and kind as can be!!! I met with a County Inspector who looked over the work that Port City Electric did on the modular and WE PASSED INSPECTION!!! Thank You Guys at Port City Electric!!!

Port City Electric was terrific! Half of the outlets in my house weren't working. Port City took a look and determined that the problem was in the attic. They scheduled within the same week an early morning inspection/repair. During this appointment, they discovered the situation and repaired it. I had them inspect the attic fans, fix them, and install a wall switch. Julian was so helpful in keeping me updated with the progress and explaining the issues. Thank you so much for all your time fixing this old house.

I had an 11 a.m. weekday appointment with Port City Electric to come to my home to give me a bid on an electrical job. I made the appointment through HomeAdvisor and HA sent me a reminder two days before the appointment and another the day before the appointment. By 11:30 a.m. of the specified day no one showed up. I tried calling their office several times but no one picked up the phone. I live less than 2 miles from where (according to the Internet) Port City's office is located at 1403 W. Oak Street so at 11:30 a.m. I drove there to see if I could talk to someone in the office. The door was locked and the door and window were one-way glass so I could not see into the office. The tiny storefront had no sign on it except the number 1403 on the door and mine was the only car parked in the little stripmall lot.
