Sometimes you hit. Sometimes you miss. I definitely hit with Popeye's. Andrew is not only a good handyman, he is also punctual, and will give explanations whenever requested. He will let you know when something doesn't need fixing, so you can save money. If he sees you struggling to move a piece of furniture, he will step in and help. With the assistance of his cousin/co-worker David, he installed a door, deadbolts, door devils, a dog door, and an outside lantern. He caulked and painted cracks on the exterior. He appears to be very knowledgeable and skilled. I plan to call Andrew whenever I need help.

I'm really pleased with the work Andrew did for us. His website listed that he's available Mon-Sun from 7am-7pm. He installed a fence for us and it looked awesome, better than we imagined! He's on time, and prices are reasonable. He would mention alternatives (choices in materials, different designs), and cost cautious. I highly recommend him.

We found Andrew here on Yelp and couldn't be happier with the work he did for us. We just moved into a new house and needed a few random things done (including getting a hideously ugly antenna off of the roof), and Andrew was able to come on short notice (and on a weekend, which made scheduling so much easier for us!). He arrived early, immediately got the giant antenna off of our roof (I completely underestimated its size -- I had told him it was 4' but it turned out to be 12', but he didn't bat an eye nor charge us any more, plus he recycled it for us). He also did a bunch of other things around the house, including installing a flat-screen TV and putting in a pet door, and he was done in just over an hour. A super efficient, genuinely courteous guy, and he very generously did a couple of extra things for us without charging. We'll definitely be asking for his help again!

""No job is too small."" These are Popeye's own words. After weeks of many unsuccessful attempts trying to schedule Andrew to take care of four ""small"" jobs, I have decided to go elsewhere. Andrew said that the jobs were so small (one included repairing/replacing hinges on my kitchen cabinets) he would be able to only do them after 5 PM. I agreed to this. On one occasion, he canceled due to a family emergency. I understand that can happen. But after having my tenant waste her time waiting, and giving me additional dates in which she would be available, he stated he could only do the jobs after 5 on Thursdays/Fridays. There was no attempt to try to schedule my tasks; I thus, concluded my business was not important to him. I was impressed by the wonderful accolades found on Yelp, but regret that I could not write the same.

Andrew was awesome! He fit me in the day after I called him and was on time and very professional. We walked through a number of ""fix it"" items I had on a list and he explained what really needed fixing and what was just cosmetic in nature so that I could make an informed decision.

After we agreed on the work, he went straight to work and did not stop until the job was done (many hours I might add). He's a good guy and a great handyman and I plan on calling him in the future for other jobs.

We had a list of things that needed to be done around our house a mile long. Decided it was time to bring in a professional. We figured it would take awhile to find a handyman that would even call back, but Andrew returned our call almost immediately. Once the shock wore off, we scheduled an appointment. Guess what? Andrew showed up on time (actually a few minutes early). Completed the work and did an absolutely amazing job. We will be using him again and again and again.

I don't expect to reach a person by phone when I call a small business, especially a handyman. It's usually an answering machine and a lengthy delay in a returned call. Andrew answered my call quickly, and assured me that while he was busy, since what I needed was a bit of an emergency (door repair and reinforcement due to a burglary) he would squeeze me in. I got the help I needed the very next day.

He did exactly what he said he would. He showed up on time, worked quickly, and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. And as an added bonus, he brought some badass looking tools. Before I knew it I had three brand new, very secure doors on my house. (Take that, burglars!) And the price was reasonable and worth it.

Nobody wants to get broken into - I didn't. But Andrew made the whole experience painless. I will call him for every handyman need that comes up.

I spoke to him after reading reviews here. He was available only late afternoon because of his other job. Andrew and his buddy came on time and did a good job but I found his prices on the high side.

I really liked working with this company. Easy to get ahold of, showed up on time, and did a great job on the work for reasonable rates. Had a few last minute changes and he took care of them without issue. I will be using their services in the future for any other handywork that needs to be done!

I just bought a new home and there were little things all around my house that needed repairs. Andrew looked at all of my problems and helped fix all of the problems (shave down doors, strip/replace caulking, repair dryer vent connection, install kitchen faucet). He was courteous and on time for each of our meetings.

I had a leak in my roof and he does not fix roofs. However, he still helped look at the attic to see if there were any major problem due to the leak. There was a slight issue with the sink installation, but after I called him to let him know about the problem, he came through within a couple of hours and provided a fix. There were problems that he found just while walking through my house and he kindly provided fixes for them.

Overall, I will definitely do business with him again and I highly recommend him.
