Definitely 5-stars. I called on Andrew for his services during my kitchen remodel. He got back to me right away, gave me some great suggestions and schooled me in some of the more interesting limitations of a 100yr old structure (oh, San Francisco) all while being incredibly friendly. Knowledgeable, professional, considerate work all for a very fair price. Now if I could only find a contractor like that (and a plumber, a mechanic, hell, anyone know a good chimney sweep?).

I called again for another job (outside this time) and it was the same delightful scenario as before. A treat to work with, it is great to have a go-to electrician.
