Great service and really fast ! Ben figured what what was wrong vey quickly. I have hired several of the local HVAC companies and didn't receive anywhere near the service Polar Air provided. They had the part the next day and didn't have to wait to get it running again. I would definitely ask for Ben though because he really knows his stuff.
I just had a great experience with Pilar Air and our electrician, Ben. They were very responsive when it came to scheduling and very professional when it came to the service. He actually had to come back after we realized we were missing several parts in the fan box, but was quick to come back and finish the job once the additional parts arrived . Overall value was good for the work that was performed including a 18' high ceiling fan!!
