Prompt response once our request was submitted. Miro was able to come out next day and troubleshoot/fix a couple switches and outlets we had in our kitchen. But more importantly, he went over and beyond by making sure all the installs LOOKED beautiful. He checked that everything was balanced in terms of my dining room lights and ceiling fan installs. 10 Stars! My power went out at 9pm and when I went to the fuse box to ""trip a switch"" (let's be honest I have NO IDEA what I thought that I was trying to do) a ball of fire flew directly into my face and charred the breaker box. Miro got here in 18 minutes, explained everything to me (including that I was lucky to be alive), took care of the problem and was delightful. The true test was when I asked him a bunch of questions about safety and what I needed to fix first (how urgently etc.); he was honest and made it clear that he didn't want to scare me into any unnecessary repairs. He took the time to give me an idea of what I might want to consider looking at but there was zero pressure - just informational. He was so sincere that I actually can't wait to have him do a full assessment of my electrical. Do not hesitate to call him. I am so thankful.
