These folks are a rare find in today's market. Their attention to detail and pride in their work shows in everything they do. We have had numerous adds to our new construction after the fact or often to fix the builder errors.... you can't go wrong with these folks and call them first. Another great performance! I appreciated Plugged In coming to do the work that I requested. There was a slight mix-up on the scope of the work they were going to perform but Mike Connell, the manager, sorted things out and everything got completed that day. The quality of this company's work is excellent and the electricians thoroughly explain what they are doing throughout the process.

The team at Plugged In was awesome to work with. I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to compliment their service, attention to detail and quality. We had a large job needed, and after getting a few bids, Matthew at Plugged In was our clear choice. He didn't disappoint on the work either, as they were on time, professional and personable. We had a few hiccups with the county and GA Power, but Matthew kept us well informed and made a few extra trips to the house just to check in. Would HIGHLY recommend working with this team again for any electrical needs!

I called Plugged In based on Angie's List reviews and a promotional offer and was not disappointed. Matthew did the promotional inspection and was on time (actually called to see if he could come early, which was great) and friendly and patient with all my questions. He did not try to sell me anything, but gave me good price quotes on the work that I was interested in having done. We made an appointment for a couple weeks out, and Matthew and Alan were again on time, professional, and easy to work with. They did a nice job re-wiring the kitchen, installing a grounding system, repairing some wiring damaged by an HVAC company, and installing some new lights and outlets. Their pricing was very reasonable and Matthew actually discounted a lot of the labor to work within my budget. I will call these guys any time I need electrical work!

Matt came out to our new condo to install three ceiling fans...while he was there he happily checked out a phone line that was botched by A HANDYMAN...air quotes.... this guy didnt even have a voltage meter. The handyman not Matt. Matt had us up and running in a few minutes! He answered my questions about some concerns I had, about the construction of the place. And installed my cheapo 24.00 celing and light fixtures (total steal from Lowes. Builders special find!) and they were silent, balanced and solid as a rock!

Thank you Matt. I feel safe leaving the condo while I travel this year knowing my tenants will be safe and cool!

I had a lightning strike a few days ago, and needed an electrician to do some repair work. I took a chance on a company I had never heard of (based on their Yelp reviews) and scheduled an appointment with Plugged In Electricial. Alan and Matt called ahead to confirm the appointment, arrived on time, listened to my explanation of the issues, quoted me a fair price, and went to work. They even took the extra step of using pull-on booties over their shoes to protect my floors from any dirt they might track in.

After opening the outlets and tracing wires, they found some potentionally serious issues (scorched outlets and damaged/shorted wire) that I wasn't aware of. They clearly explained the repair options, but were happy to try the least expensive option first. Fortunately, they were able to fix the issue quickly, and I felt the final cost was very reasonable, based on the work they did. I am happy to recomend them to anyone needing electrical work.
