The experience was great, Michael and Brian were on time, and they even texted me to say they were on their way to our house. Very kind and polite and did a great job with installing a new GFCI circuit breaker and a new electrical outlet for our new dishwasher that we have to be installed.

These folks are a rare find in today's market. Their attention to detail and pride in their work shows in everything they do. Another great performance! I appreciated Plugged In coming to do the work that I requested. There was a slight mix-up on the scope of the work they were going to perform but Mike Connell, the manager, sorted things out and everything got completed that day. We had a large job needed, and after getting a few bids, Matthew at Plugged In was our clear choice. He didn't disappoint on the work either, as they were on time, professional and personable. We had a few hiccups with the county and GA Power, but Matthew kept us well informed and made a few extra trips to the house just to check in. Would HIGHLY recommend working with this team again for any electrical needs!
