My experience with Plug -In EV was awesome. They responded immediately and came by and provided me with an estimate the next day. I also live in an apt bldg and they were extremely patient in facilitating all of the hoops we had to jump through. They took care of mtg with the LADWP as well as securing a permit from Buliding and Services. They took care of everything and I rly didn't do much. They also recommended a charger for me to buy as well and installation was prompt and timely. Def recommend highly - super professional and very clean electrical work. Also forgot to mention that pricing was very reasonable and no issues of hidden costs etc. Give them a call!

Requested an estimate for installing an EV charger in my community garage at my condo building directly at my parking spot. I reached out to a few other electricians and they seemed unsure about installation in a community garage. Plug-In gave me a competitive quote including documentation for HOA approval. After approval, I was able to schedule installation. Crew showed up on time, were super professional, and got the job done pretty quickly considering I needed about 150 ft. of line from the subpanel to my parking spot. Great communication, upfront pricing, no surprises. They also help with inspection from DWP. I'm sure these guys can do EV chargers anywhere, but if you live in a community/multi-family property would highly recommend this be your first call.

These guys were great. I mostly dealt with Avi and Adar. They were both super friendly, professional, and informative. The installation went smoothly and they even were able to figure out a better way to install than they initially thought which actually saved me a little money. The guys they had with them were also really great.

Even afterwards, when trying to get the LADWP rebate, they've been extremely attentive and helpful.

Showed up when they said they would, completed the install in one afternoon. They used 6-gauge wire, and piped about 50-ft of conduit to reach our driveway. They did a great job. Their price was competitive with other quotes we received. Most of all, they were very professional from start to finish - these days that is rare to find.

We researched for a while who the best company was to install our EV charger and upgrade our home's electric system when we moved in and immediately determined Plug-In EV Charging Solution is the best in the LA area by far. Their team is extremely quick, honest and gave us a full explanation of what would be installed. Their priorities were electrical safety for our home, fast charging and importantly extremely reasonable and fair pricing. Their team was very diligent, clean, and reliable. The product they installed is also top of the line equipment and easy to understand. They installed a Tesla EV charger as well as a new Seimens control panel and electric system. Everything works perfectly with ZERO issues. In LA the city has been giving REBATES as well and the company made it a priority to help us get the rebate and gave us all the proper paperwork so it was very easy. You should NOT use anyone us. Plug-in EV just installed a Chargepoint EV charger for my Chevy Bolt EV. They were very easy to deal with, replied to any text within 10 minutes, and were very helpful with the information regarding the DWP rebate application. They also helped me with the wifi setup of the charger.
I definitely recommend this company to any DWP customer who is installing a hardwired charger, and going through the process of applying for their rebates.
