I was recovering from surgery and our bathroom lights would not go out when I turned the switch off- they remained on. Being used to having to leave voicemails and waiting for a response we were very grateful when the phone was answered when we called. Tylor came out the very next morning at 8 am on time and was incredibly kind. They were very upfront on cost and informed me every step of the way. Tylor fixed the problem and even changed a light bulb in another part of the house for me. He was very clean and thorough. It was a wonderful experience and my new go to for any electrical work.

The front desk lady denied to talk to me unless I give her my personal information. I don't see why she needed my name, phone number and bunch of other information to give me a quote. Not to mention that she was extremely rude.

Pleasure Point Electric came out to my house in late 2019 and did a small job for me. At the time I asked about having them install lighting and an exhaust fan in a bathroom. The man (can't remember his name) looked at the job and said it would be ""no problem"" and to call the shop to schedule a time for the work to be completed.
After multiple calls and multiple e-mail messages with no response I simply gave up on getting them to do the work. I did speak one time to the owner, David, who said an employee was supposed to check messages and e-mails and apparently had not. He said he would check into it but I never heard back. Guess this company just does not truly want to provide good service. I was extremely disappointed because Pleasure Point had been highly recommended by an employee of a much larger electrical company.

I had read in Next Door about David, the owner of Pleasure Point Electric donating time to help fire victims with their electric repairs. I had been searching for an electrician and had a lot of trouble getting someone to call back. When I read what David was doing to help the community I thought, I support that effort. I spoke with David and he sent out Brandon to go over what I needed done. Brandon was wonderful. Incredibly professional, helpful and made great suggestions on how to proceed. I was provided a quote and within days the work started and completed in a timely manner. Brandon, Carlos and Curtis were all hard workers. They worked very hard to make sure the work met my needs. They cleaned up every day after they completed the work. They care about the customers experience by delivering the highest quality work. I am so grateful to have found these gems and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you Brandon, Carlos and Curtis for the exceptional job you all did for me.

I had a bank of outlets go out in my garage with no tripped breakers obvious to me. After trying to troubleshoot, I realized that I needed a professional. I remembered the excellent work that David and his team did for us in our new home three years ago and dug out his card. He returned my call promptly (even though he was out of town on vacation!). Carlos showed up the next morning and found part of the problem pretty easily in a sub-panel (my bad). However, there were other issues and Carlos' troubleshooting led him to an outside receptacle that was pretty much melted behind the receptacle cover. He got the required parts and got everything up and working quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Our thanks to the pros...Carlos and Pleasure Point Electric...for another great experience and great outcome!

First time I've used them. David answered the phone, and quickly dispatched his crew to troubleshoot our very old wiring which started flickering. Finished the job inside the 1hr minimum and courteous and clean throughout.
