Do not recommend. I had them out to asses a problem with my system. The man told me a certain piece was broken and it would cost 2800. I had another company come out the next day and they said it was not broken and proved it to me with a meter. He fixed it for 1/4 the price and said I got scammed.

The company was very responsive and the diagnostic fee was 49$. Both of those are definitely a plus.
However I had a clogged drainage pan pipe and unclogging it (5 minutes of work which required some air blown into it and vinegar solution) was $225. Additionally I had a question about a wire on my new thermostat I purchased that I asked to Tony, and instead of just answering it he said ""are you gonna give me free tips on how to do your job""? I would say 275$ isn't a free tip.
Overall, will not use again based off the price of the service provided.

I called for info on a whole house hvac air purifier and they came and out in same day. Tony was very polite and professional.
Will definitely use them for anything with my unit ever again.

The AC handling our upstairs went out. Can you say, ""I'm MELTING!!!"" ??

Pleasant AC was so responsive, arrived in less than an hour, and will have new unit in tomorrow morning.

THIS is the company that engages in community support as an expression of their appreciation to local customers. They have the awesome holiday display and living nativity (yes--the one with the camel) on Highway 41 in December. In the back of my mind, I thought if I ever needed service, this is the company I'd call. No need to call any other.

I have used Pleasant Air but was not impressed. My first appointment they didn't show or call to explain but did make a second appointment once I contacted them. Overall I will say there are other HVAC companies I would call when needed.

Love this company! The weather unexpectedly turned cold and we turned on our heat for the first time all year...and nothing happened. On a Sunday morning. Jeremy came highly recommended on Nextdoor, so we gave him a call. We fully expected to be shivering for at least a couple of days. Nope! He got a technician, Lance, right out to our home who quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue and we were nice and toasty in no time! We highly recommend Pleasant Air Conditioning Services and will definitely use them when it is time to replace our unit in the near future. Can't say enough good things about them!
