My husband, who is NOT an electrician, went here to purchase two circuit breakers. He brought with him the exact item he was looking for so there would be no mistake as to what was needed. The person assisting him brought back two circuit breakers, which were purchased. Our contractor said, no, this is not what we asked for. My husband went back, told the person who assisted him that he gave him the wrong items, then showed him the original item, the employee admitted he gave my husband the wrong circuit breakers and proceeded to charge my husband a restocking fee. WTF!?!? Did I mention this employee is the MANAGER? We have a very substantial project going on and you can bet your fanny I will not be sending ANYONE working for me to this business for circuit breakers, lighting or anything we need to complete the 2500 sq ft garage/shop build, or the Kitchen Remodel that begins this March. Poor customer service. (Nicholas H. Is our dogs name.)

My AC took a dump last night & after inspecting it I found a blown fuse & burned/melted plastic in the disconnect box. Looks like the blade & wire came loose. In the morning I tried to call some of the AC companies & they were all booked & wanted to charge $350 to replace it-Geeezuz! So I went to Home Depot & online to research for a new disconnect & found an identical looking one on Platt's website, just a different name Eaton. Few emails & calls later I had me a new disconnect & fuses for less than $50! Installed it as soon as I got home & now the family is happy again in these 109* degree temperatures :)
I just want to say special thanks to Chris over at Roseville Platt! We weren't gonna make it there by 5PM coming from Yuba & he stayed later. You are a lifesaver my friend! My wife & kids would've been miserable in this heatwave lol :) Thanks a lot bro!

I just left platt in Roseville, they don't know what quick customer service is! I bought 2 things there, I was the only customer. I was in there for 15 minutes checking out!!! If you have places to go, then skip this place cause they will hold your credit card hostage and take their sweet time

These guys know there stuff! Matt, Joe, Jake, Mike, Austin, Anthony, and Tk. They know trade name to product and can get it if they don't have it usually the next day. There is a free Platt app that you can search most anything and see what store has what you need and how many. Top notch place for all your electrical needs.
