He came out on a Sunday! Got my water heater fixed. Checked fuses, cleaned up, took care of the problem and with a smile and a laugh. He even went home to get towels and stayed until the job was done!!!!
PK's gets an A+ for me!!! Definitely will call him again!

His response time was great. Messaged me at around 10am with my address, Replied with his name and stated he would message me when heading to me. I received another message at 5:38pm stating he was a little over an hr away. And I need to pay 75.00 for estimate and if I decided to go with him it would be deducted from my bill.. And to see if I was still interested in him coming.. Well No... First of all I would of been fine with paying a fee if it was stated at any other time during our first text in the AM.. Then to tell me People charge for estimates its his time and gas.. I get that but its 7 hrs later.. What about my time..!!
This was a guaranteed job, 100% for a whole house rewiring. I was no longer interested if this is how he runs his business.

Patrick came out and installed a 240 V outlet for an Electric Vehicle. He did a fantastic job! He ensured the job was done how I wanted it, as important, he made great suggestions that improved the installation.

I am a military veteran and my standards/expectations reflect it. PK takes pride in his work and he offers a military discount!

Very nice guy and has a good disposition which made working with him very nice.

Before he left, I contracted with him to two more jobs for me.
