Requested a service visit on Saturday morning and Guissepe was at my home by that afternoon. There was communication the whole time and once he arrived he explained the work he was doing and even looked at my electrical panel to check that all connections were secure.

We waited all day for them to come give us a quote for work. They called at 12:55 and said they'd be ""a little late"" and arrive after 3pm instead. It is now 7pm and they have not arrived nor have they called to reschedule. They have not responded to messages.

I was hoping for better. They had great reviews. We have been waiting for 14 months to finish our home after a sketchy general contractor walked out on the job and defrauded our insurance company. We are finally able to finish the house and we really want to move in. We've been waiting 5 years to rebuild after the fire. We can't deal with contractors ghosting us like this. It is completely unprofessional.

Niko is amazing! He has been out to our house for a few different things since we've lived here and always figures it out! We have been dealing with a junk hot water heater for over a yr. He did whatever it took to make sure it was fixed today, so we wouldn't go without hot water. He is respectful, kind, easy to talk to, and professional every time. Thanks Niko!!

Giuseppe and his crew are the best! They installed ceiling fans and light fixtures for our entire house. Despite being a smaller project for his crew, they were quick to respond, very reasonably priced, and even worked late to get the job done. Not to mention, they were all so kind and friendly. Giuseppe really knows his stuff and we will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future. I couldn't recommend them more!

Contacted through Yelp, responded right away. Came out a couple days later and gave me a reasonable bid, hired a couple days later. They did an amazing job, but aside from the work performed, the guys were the best I've ever been around. A great combo attitudes and workmanship. I would recommend these guys to seasoned experts. They will be my go to company for sure. I can't thank them enough.

A shoutout to Pioneer Engineering!

My A/C went out in late July and after having two local A/C companies out to solve the problem, I still had no A/C in late august even though I had spent $1600 in their attempts (mainly only adding refrigerant without bothering to check for a leak). Next, I called Pioneer to take a look. Their technicians found the problem immediately and had my A/C back in operation by early September. Pioneer's technicians were courteous and efficient. I will never call anyone but Pioneer for any future problems. Apparently, Pioneer also does electrical and plumbing work. Sounds like you only need one contact number to solve all of your repair needs!!

Best crew! We hired them to work on some of our daughters new/old house issues, they worked so hard, it was a hot mess and now I feel it's safe for our daughter and grand daughters to actually use the kitchen. The owner Giuseppe is awesome and his crew of young men were kind and respectful! I would recommend them highly! Plus they clean up the mess afterward.

The AC had stopped working and I tried to figure the problem out myself before finding Pioneer and requesting a quote. They were very quick and responsive and gave me a number to call. The same day I called, Giuseppe told me he was working another job and kept me updated and actually came by despite it being around 5pm at the time.

I explained to Giuseppe the problem we were having with the AC and he explained to me why it had stopped working, showed me the broken piece of machinery and how to maintain and keep the AC unit clean. One caveat to the conversation, I am deaf and Giuseppe did his best to facilitate clear and understandable communication between both of us on top of being very informative and helpful.

I truly appreciate Giuseppe and his business, he did everything he could to make me feel like I wasn't just another customer, kept me involved in the process while he was repairing the unit and even double checked the next day to ensure that the AC unit was working fine.

I would give this business and the people that work in it six stars or more if I could and I highly recommend anyone looking for this type of work to call Pioneer and see what they can do for you!
