Best crew! We hired them to work on some of our daughters new/old house issues, they worked so hard, it was a hot mess and now I feel it's safe for our daughter and grand daughters to actually use the kitchen. The owner Giuseppe is awesome and his crew of young men were kind and respectful! I would recommend them highly! Plus they clean up the mess afterward.

The AC had stopped working and I tried to figure the problem out myself before finding Pioneer and requesting a quote. They were very quick and responsive and gave me a number to call. The same day I called, Giuseppe told me he was working another job and kept me updated and actually came by despite it being around 5pm at the time.

I explained to Giuseppe the problem we were having with the AC and he explained to me why it had stopped working, showed me the broken piece of machinery and how to maintain and keep the AC unit clean. One caveat to the conversation, I am deaf and Giuseppe did his best to facilitate clear and understandable communication between both of us on top of being very informative and helpful.

I truly appreciate Giuseppe and his business, he did everything he could to make me feel like I wasn't just another customer, kept me involved in the process while he was repairing the unit and even double checked the next day to ensure that the AC unit was working fine.

I would give this business and the people that work in it six stars or more if I could and I highly recommend anyone looking for this type of work to call Pioneer and see what they can do for you!

I can't say enough about this company. They worked on my Air Conditioner and plumbing in the last Months and helped prepare the upstairs unit for a new renter. Giuseppe and his son were always great, and Diego was maybe the best worker I've ever dealt with in construction/home repair (that's saying a lot since my family has been in construction in Paradise forever) he was so responsive, had the answers to all my questions and explained everything fully as they did it. As a single mom it's always scary to let workers you don't know in but I was nothing but completely comfortable with every single one of them. The work was completed quickly and completely and they worked around my schedule and availability too including early morning and evening to avoid me missing work. This is a true family business and I will be using them again and referring anyone I can. They even got my kids pizza one night when they were working at the upstairs unit and I was working late, truly blown away by this company start to finish!

Hi I recently called them with an AC problem of short cycling in my house. I'm pretty handy but I couldn't figure it out. Giseppi is the man's name I believe,and I apologize if I spelled his name wrong. But not only did he come over and fix the problem. He then proceeded to show me how to properly maintain and Clean everything. And checked every component of my whole AC to make sure I would not have problems in the future. He has many certifications and I will be calling in the future for any household problems I can fix myself. Weather it be plumbing, electrical and what have you. If I could 6 STARS on this rating I would. Highly recommend calling!

My best friend was in a serious bind having had a massive water leak that caused major water damage to his home . Another contractor hired by the insurance company came out and removed all the damaged Sheetrock and mold . Then they disappeared !! After numerous attempts to contact them over several months they returned with another quote that was astronomical to finish the job -
I suggested he call Giuseppe at Pioneer Engineering and Construction-
Giuseppe Was able to come out within a few days and assess
the situation .
He showed up on a Monday with a crew of 12 guys and was able to finish the project within a span of a week and a half . Always on time and the work was top notch , I would highly recommend these guys for any project.

They did an excellent job installing my LG mini-split system with 4-heads. They poured a cement pad, trenched and ran the line-sets & power in very rocky ground, mounted the head units, got everything tested and it works great! This was the first year they came out and cleaned the coils and head units to keep the system running well. It's always a pleasure working with their staff, they explain everything and are very helpful. If you need someone you can trust and do an excellent job I highly recommend them!
