I'm really surprised there aren't more reviews for Haik, but I'm guessing that's not his base clientele. I ended up choosing him over a company with more reviews because he was 1) responsive, 2) experienced, and 3) the owner of the business.

He IS the owner of the business and the main contact, so it was comforting knowingly that he personally cared about my home and issues, versus an office secretary managing a bunch of electricians. His English over text shows it's his second language, but talking over phone and in person his English was perfect. He's a really nice guy.

He was super responsive, in spite of being so busy. He does a lot of panel installations, but manages it very well. He is crazy experienced, but is on the wind-down phase of his electrical career. That's perfect for smaller customers (he used to do larger clients, like schools and Paramount Studios), which means we get a lot of experience in each repair or install.

I'm VERY happy with how easy he was to work with and that he did a great job!

I moved to a new place and needed electrical outlets installed for my car, clothes dryer, and in the walls where I was having my TVs mounted so that cables would not being exposed. Also needed some ceiling fans installed. Haik did a great job! I recommend him highly! I am going to use Pioneer Electric for any future electrical work.

I am so appreciative of Haik and his team! Mine, it was an escrow that needs a lot of inspections, right around Thanksgiving! The electrician that I knew and had originally scheduled did not come last minute - very frustrating as it's the day before Thanksgiving. I called a few other companies but only Haik was able to make it on Thanksgiving morning! Oh mine, was I grateful! He was extremely knowledgeable and explained in great detail to my clients what he found. They are such a hard working team and certainly kept their words.
