Tom answered the phone promptly, listened to our issues, asked a few questions and since this was not an emergency, scheduled a service call for the Monday after the weekend. Tom called back a few hours later to say that ours might not be a repair that actually needs an electrician. He then took a few minutes to suggest what steps we could take. One of Tom's suggestions worked and the generator started immediately! Next time we have something that does require an electrician, this is who we will call first! Thank you Tom. Jake met with me when I got there and did a great job with installing a new breaker and GFI box to power two new heat cables under the cabin in the crawl space.
