Pie electric did not done my job he agree with me to pay half money from the agreement i gave him 3thousand two hundred fifty $ but he stop working I called him too many but he didn't answer

I had a few jobs to complete. One, a chandelier installed on a 15 foot ceiling, two, a fan/light fixture installed on a 15 foot ceiling and third, 3 pendent lights above my countertop were replaced. Ken was professional and courteous. He had an apprentice with him who he closely supervised. All lighting fixtures were were up in no time. I love how they all look and I am going to hire Ken again to do some more electrical work on my home. He's already aware of the work my home needs. If you want the job done right, I wholeheartedly recommend PIE Electric!

I needed some electrical work done on my house and they had the most reviews, so I called, spoke with Ken, was given a quote, and told they could come out the next day. Paris and the other guy (whose name I didn't catch) were late. I let it slide because I needed the work done and didn't want any drama, plus I could appreciate a company openly expressing their faith. Unfortunately the whole ""Christian"" thing is a complete guise. These ""men"" had the audacity to sit there and carry a conversation with me, not even read the instructions which made it take much longer than necessary because they kept doing things incorrectly, talk about church and how involved they are with theirs, and play with my kids while doing what I needed done in the living room, then turn around and steal two expensive knives from my knife block while alone in my kitchen doing what I needed done in there. When I saw that the knives were missing from the block, I figured they were in the dishwasher or maybe in the sink, but after doing all the dishes and looking everywhere, I realized they had actually been stolen. They were smart, though, to steal things nobody would notice at first and when they did, would assume it was in another place that would make sense -- I mean, really, who goes around making sure the professional they hired didn't steal from them while they're not looking?? Well, not only did they steal from me, but then when Ken called later that day to collect the payment, he told me I owed TWICE the amount he had previously quoted. When I reminded him of the fact that he told me it would be that price he quoted the day before, he came up with ridiculous excuses, and after I continued to tell him how outrageous it was that he expected me to be okay with being charged double, he acted as if he was doing me a favor when he ""came down"" from what he was trying to charge me to ""only"" $150 more than what he had originally quoted. Not only are these people are absolutely unprofessional, but also thieves and obviously false Christians. Major disappointment.

Friendly and professional. Showed up on time. Took care of everything we needed done, and also took the time to answer all our questions. Scheduled future work for us in the time frame we had hoped for. Great company, Great owner.

I used Pie (Ken) before and he was very good, all their reviews were awesome. Then I called and it took the other guy 2 weeks to come, He only bid the job, When I had thought he was going to work. So I had to wait another 3 weeks for him to come back. He was then a no show and a no call. So I sent him several messages, after a week he responded said he was on a big job that was running behind and would contact me soon. That was about a month ago. Still nothing...So disappointed now in a company I did like.

Called 3 different electricians to come to my home to help me with an electrical problem I was having. One was nice however never returned my calls when I had the same problem. One never returned my calls after leaving voicemails. I called PIE and someone was out the next morning. Ken the owner is an honest and a professional man. I now have an electrician I can count on to be fair and do good work. Thank you Ken. I highly recommend him.

We had extensive electrical work done inside and outside our home. They started out great!! But as time moved on their work went downhill!!!
They even did work that was NOT TO CODE!!!
Now I have to pay to have the work redone!!
I do not recommend this company!!!

We had the folks at PIE, Ken (owner), Paris, and Andre complete several jobs for us on our newly purchased home. They installed 6 outdoor lights ( 2 were carriage lights on either side of the garage and 4 were motion sensor floor lights placed around the outside of the home). We also hired them to install 5 recessed led can lights inside my living room. We were happy with the results except one of the recessed lights is buzzing when turned on.

So that is the reason we hired PIE to install two lighted bathroom fans in our two bathrooms despite them not having the lowest bid. But we did have a problem with one of them damaging my brand new Petrafina counter top inside my two bathrooms. Ken kept denying responsibility despite his employee being the only one in the bathroom. After some back and forth Ken found someone to somewhat fix it. While the counter tops were repaired mostly satisfactory, the drywall that was damaged due to Ken's employee using a reciprocating saw on it, was not repaired in a professional way.

I am very sad that this happened but note to Ken an apology goes a long way. That was why we became upset. Accidents happen but that is where professionalism can smooth over the most tense of situations.

This has made me not recommend this company to anyone. This isn't the cheapest company but if they don't damage anything they are worth it.

We contacted PIE Electric based upon a 4.5 star review. They did a great job including work that extended their time at our home. Ed and Paris were quiet, knowledgeable and cleaned the work areas well prior to leaving. We are happy with the work they performed and would not hesitate to call upon them again. Vicki O'Connor

Do Not Recommend
I paid them $265 and they did not fix my OTR Microwave shorting out issue. They came out three times and couldn't find the problem. They wanted to charge me another $245 to run a new line. I had another electrician come out and they were able to find and fix the issue within 30 minutes. I called them for a refund and was told they would call me back, never did. They were really nice but that doesn't get the job done, nor does it get me my money back.
