My mother's house in fairoaks lost power and unable to reset circuit breakers, I called Aaron he came diagnosed the problem really quick , and came the next day and fix the problem , very professional, fair pricing,

First of all I don't give reviews I generally refuse to because I don't believe that it's worth anything more than a sack of rocks . However in this instance I was working with something that could be potentially life-threatening and I am not the most articulate person when I'm speaking vocally . Not only that I have no formal education in any kind of electrical wiring all I know is what I've learned from mistakes and experience . That said I had to get some advice on a project that I had to stop mid project and therefore I was screwed as far as I was concerned because I had no reference point and I have no memory due to him mental illness making my memory horrible so having five wires and three colors and two of those colors being right next to each other it's literally impossible I would not have been able to have any chance of guessing correctly and I still am only hoping I understood but the fact that this company stayed on the phone with me as I asked my questions which were obviously not even really helpful as far as him providing an answer this is just what you call good customer service if I end up shocking myself that's on me that is all my fault and he did his best to give me advice with a severe lack of information that I probably gave in such an undecipherable manner that he was probably highly annoyed with me and yet he was polite courteous helpful and I would never ever call any other electrician. I was working with a Harbor Freight 3000 watt 6000 Peak inverter and Harbor Freight as we all know cut costs. In my mind can it costs in this manner is unacceptable and I intend to pursue action because this is literally the exact example of refusing a customer's right to repair or modify a product they have purchased and a company denying the information that is necessary for them to do so to fit their own personal needs this is my product I should be able to do it I should be able to download a schematic and recreate this simply because I purchased a product most other companies who provide this kind of service will not help you by providing any information as far as my experience goes and yet this company provided me information to help keep me safe and if I still screw something up that is not on them that is on me So for anybody who needs help with electrical work and screws it up anyways this is a very big lesson for you you'll find great companies like Pi electric and solar he will do their best to help you or you will find companies who will say screw you I'm not going to give you any information because I don't want to be held liable and have you pursue legal action. Remember as a consumer right to repair means that you do accept liability and you have no right to pursue legal action against companies who are just out there to help you out people have the right to earn a living just like you have a right to modify your own purchases but that means accepting responsibility for everything from a simple shock to catastrophic failure resulting in your death that is not on the company that is on you I think this company for giving me even a hint, because that hint helped me decide whether or not I need to pursue this if I have the confidence that I can because this is a 3,000 watt inverter this is not child's play this is a 6,000 Watt peak inverter I don't know if you noticed but 6,000 watts is not very well small let's just say that and it having a metal casing that's conductive well that's just frightening even if it is being used for the ground knowledge that the average consumer does not have means that Harbor Freight's inverters are a crap product and you should never buy one much less modified and even further so if you do do all in one day or call companies like this one to get help I feel confident that I can do this now with their help and if I need to get further help I will contact them again and I will never contact another company and yes I am verbose. Thank you my friends because you probably saved my ask from a massive electric shock as I simply wanted to kick these Outlets away from the unit itself

Had Aaron over during an electrical nightmare ! Aaron presented extreme poise and kept me calm. He delivered on exactly what he said he would. during some of the worst storms seen to the area In years ! THANKS AGAIN Aaron your team was A ++++

Service was good , guys were great. Seemed a little expensive. They changed a circuit breaker , two plugs and had to troubleshoot the problem . Took them a total of 2 hours ? The price was $ 525. I would recommend

Had an electrician come by today to fix some outlets Pi worked on. The plugs were disconnected and when my new electrician troubleshoot he found 2 hot wires. I told him Pi said a staple had shorted the wire and he needed to cut into the sheet rock to repair. That turned out not to be the case.

I needed some outlets installed for an upcoming entertainment center and bar area install. Aaron with PI Electric was very accommodating of our tight schedule. PI Electric had the outlets installed in a day and the work areas were kept super clean! I highly recommend hiring Aaron with PI Electric and Solar. He was quick to respond, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. One last thing to mention is I have an old record player that wouldn't work when plugged into and old existing outlet but after PI Electric and Solar installed new outlets on a dedicated circuit the old record player came to life!! Huge Bonus! The cost of the install was relative to the cost of materials these days and worth every penny to have my electronics work! So happy with the job Aaron with PI Electric and Solar did and will be calling him for my future electrical needs! I highly recommended hiring PI Electric and Solar for your electrical needs too!!!

The guys at Pi Electric are awesome! We were looking for someone to change our main electrical panel and a trusted friend gave us this referral. They came out to take a look and hands down had the best quote. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. There are many contractors in my family, so I appreciate working with an electrician that was knowledgeable and had affordable rates. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

If I could give 0 stars I would.
We received estimates from other licensed/bonded/insured electricians from Thumbtack and Yelp for roughly $250 for a slight adjustment to our outlet box behind the stove so it would sit flush and switching out our existing floodlight for the Ring floodlight. We even had several reputable electricians come to our house to view the job to get an accurate estimate.
Aaron from Pi Electric & Solar gave us a quote for $600. When I asked for the justification on his estimate he told me ""He doesn't have to justify anything"" and ""I'm not his boss."" When I asked him to stop, he continually harassed me by sending more threatening messages on Thumbtack. Please see the attached and you can see how extremely rude he was based on me just asking a simple question.
Then he berated me because he was upset he paid $20 for my ""stunt"". Ok, Aaron stunt was he referring to? Asking a question about your estimate? You should be able to afford $20 if you want to rip me off by charging me $600. I'm surprised he's been in business for 10+ years based off his moronic behavior. This is not the professionalism, and Aaron you're a joke and a sorry excuse for a supposed ""pro"". Your bullying might work with other weak people, but not with me. Glad Thumbtack will reprimand you for your horrendous behavior you displayed. I felt so inclined to share my experience on Yelp so others will know what type of shady individual they will get if they work with Aaron. Aaron you definitely do not deserve to interact with anymore customers. I hope you learn to treat potential clients with the respect they deserve.
P.s. - Aaron will lie and say that this was not him responding and this is a false review. But his information, license/business information is clear as day, as well as the picture of him and his son on my text message attachments. So he clearly lies.

Be very careful with Aaron. He will overcharge you badly. He'll look for things to fix, and if he finds them he'll offer to do them. I was easily able to find licensed electricians willing to do the work Aaron did for me for half what he charged me. And if you don't give him the work he finds, he'll report you to the department of code services. The excuse he'll use, is if he doesn't, he could lose his license. While that may be true, Aaron shouldn't use that leverage to try to extract sales. Steer clear of this guy. I have another electrician at work now. His rates are half what Aaron
Addendum:
Aaron's effort to justify over changing is foreseeable. I hired another licensed contractor to do the original renovations, several years ago, which included a cooktop on one side. It never was a fire hazard, but definitely a nuisance to both my tenants, kicking breakers, of which they didn't tell me until this event. New cooktops are more powerful than they were in the 70's. I hired another licensed electrician to rewire the units. That work cost 1/2 what Aaron changed me to replace two main breakers. Let that sink in. Replaced breakers, costing far more than a permitted rewire job? Let me just reiterate I'm all for compensating labor fairly. But it's very easy to see an aggressive effort to fleece a customer. If you use this guy, do yourself a favor; get a second opinion before paying anyone

I met with Aaron to discuss my electrical panel and installing some canned lighting in my living room. He gave me a estimate which was fair and I liked him better than the other electricians I met with. I then emailed him to ask a few questions about arranging a time to schedule the jobs. I emailed over a three week period in early March, 2018 in addition to texting him but never heard back from him. VERY RUDE to not return my communication. At least take the time to respond and say if he does not want to do the job or is too busy. I know the home improvement market is picking up and contractors are busy but at least return an email.
