PI Electric, Inc. was initially called Pine Island Electric, named after Pine Island, FL.
The name was later changed to PI Electric, Inc.
In 1998, PI Electric bought Superior Service, situated on Florida's East Coast.
Once the two companies combined, they adopted the name PIE Superior Service.
