We've had Raul complete two projects now, and if we ever need more electrical work done at home, we will definitely ask him again. Raul responds quickly - both in giving an estimate and in getting the actual work done. Our first job was to get an extra outlet in the garage for charging our hybrid. We also hired him to replace three circuits in the older part of the house. Had an issue with one of the outlet in the garage that was the alarm system was connected to end up being wired with other outlets in the house. We consulted with many electricians but Raul really knows his stuff! He was always on time and very easy to work with. Our house needed new decora and recessed lighting throughout the house, which he was kind enough to complete in two rounds. He set up the electrical work after our demolition and then we asked him to come back to install decora and finishing touches after patch and paint so that nothing got damaged. He never left a mess and wore a mask and shoe booties provided by us in our home. We would definitely use him again in the future and have already recommended him to two other friends people!

Raul contacted me, not the other way around, two days ago after posting something on yelp and agreed to meet him at my home for a price estimate that night. I didn't make any other appointments nor did I take any calls. I expressed how important this install was for me and even went out that same night to buy the unit. Needless to say, I didn't even bother to negotiate the price and when he said the price, I just said yes its fine, but again reminded him how vital this instal was and we agreed on a date and time. I contacted him early in the day as in to suggest that he could come earlier, but then he changed the time, and then changed the time once more. All of a sudden ""his truck"" wasn't working. I asked him in what area he lived so I could offer a ride or maybe even get him a lyft/uber , which he should have done to begin with, given how important I expressed this install was. I did not hear back from him after that and so gave him the courtesy of letting him know that I was very unsatisfied with how he went about this ""last minute emergency"" and that I would be expressing my experience on yelp. I did tell him that I too am a business owner so I understand that life happens, but I just feel that he could have gone about it a completely different way. To make matters worse, in a condescending way at the end he said ""I had appointments before you, you are not the only client I have!"" and he felt that he needed to also tell me that "" he has great reputation with his clients"". Raul, your skill set may be well recognized ( I will never know), but your customers service needs work, especially if you have to tell someone the last few sentences you felt I had to hear.

On time and very professional. Answered questions prior to getting started. Estimate was quick and nice. Dude knows his way around the electric panels. Gave suggestions but did not try to up sell services. Even removed an old plug no longer working and covered it up.
I had a Nema 10-30 outlet installed in my garage for my Model 3 as I was sick of using the 110 all the time and super charging. Makes a world of difference charging at 22 miles per hour.
Work was done quick and without shutting off power.
Everything seems high quality.
Would definitely recommend for future work for myself and others!

Raul is a wizard! Loved the fact that he took social distancing seriously and showed up in a mask. He's also a super friendly guy! I had an electrical outlet that needed replacing and that one outlet affected all of the power in two of my bedrooms. I was stuck and Raul really came through with a quick and efficient solution. He analyzed my problem, solved it, and we completed the transaction in about 30 minutes. It was an overall great experience and I can't give Raul enough praise!
