I called Phillip to ask about the cost and told him the problem with the refrigerator. After a few questions about the problem he said would you like to have me tell you the fix and save a service call? I put my husband on the telephone and Phillip told him what to do. We have corrected the problem and saved the service call. This is above and beyond in my opinion and I want to say thank you and I will call Phillip's again and probably sooner rather than later.
