Mark came over to troubleshoot our problem after having already put in a full day in Fairfield. Our furnace wasn't working and we believed it was a power issue as the hall light had also failed. Given the lack of heat he was concerned enough to stop by even though he couldn't stay long in the hopes that it might be an easy fix. He quickly identified that we had separate issues and explained what we needed to do.

You would be crazy to use anyone else. I first used Mark Phillipps for a lighting issue at my mom's house. He was patienk, knowledgeable and thorough. My mom was totally satisfied. The second time I contacted Mark was when we were purchasing a new home and our home inspector recommended we have the electrical panels checked out. We ultimately had to replace the electrical main and sub panels. Mark made the mistake of coming to re-check the panels before our install date and my husband grabbed him and started pointing out all the different upgrades we wanted to make in our new house. Mark ended up spending all day Saturday working on the last minute projects and was even working on Sunday when we showed up with our moving truck. Mark truly treated our house like it was his own and I couldn't imagine using anyone else.
