I realized I wasn’t enjoying the work I used to love, and I was being dispatched all over the state, neglecting my family time. I felt undercompensated and undervalued, so I decided to create my own company with a few skilled individuals who share my values. My goal is to build a company that prioritizes treating everyone—employees and customers—fairly. I believe in safety, honesty, and transparency in all interactions, and this approach has proven effective. My employees appreciate their work environment, and my clients often recommend me, resulting in numerous repeat customers.
