Joe Petranka, a Montgomery native, started working as an electrician in 1969 under the guidance of Griffin T. Key PE. He earned his Master Electricians Certificate in 1977 and spent over 20 years designing and overseeing the installation of electrical systems rated up to 15KV. Joe was one of the early adopters of energy-efficient lighting solutions and network installations using copper and fiber in the River Region during the 1970s and 1980s.
