Peter was exceptional. I had an appointment set for Wednesday, but had a major outage of half of my house over the weekend. I asked Peter if he could come sooner and without hesitation he came early Monday morning and was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and guided me through getting SCE out to address the issue. Thanks to Peter, I was able to get SCE out and SCE modified my house to a 110, while they had a group working on fixing my connection to the main. Peter returned on Wednesday and was able to fix several outlets and advise on other projects. He is a wealth of knowledge, cares about his customers, did a great job at a fair price and is just a great guy. I highly recommend this business.

Mr. Wrate is just the best! Very fast response on Yelp, came with PPE, and got the job done quickly at a fair rate. He is knowledgeable and experienced, and he did an excellent job of quickly identifying a problem with the electrical for our rainbird irrigation system (that we were able to fix ourselves after purchasing a $10 part). He also repaired 2 outlets in our garage, one a 35 amp so that I could charge my electric vehicle at home. What I like the most about him is that throughout the job, he explains what he is doing and why it matters. Not only did he correct a dangerous ungrounded outlet; he helped me to understand *why* it was a fire hazard, and trained me on the signs to look out for if the EV charging equipment is malfunctioning or overheating in the future.

He readily offered up his own parts he had on hand and didn't charge for them, but we felt we should cover those costs so we gave a fat tip. Well worth every cent, and peace of mind that the grass won't die and the garage won't burn down!

Peter was someone we found via Yelp and he attended our home today to fix pendant lights, patio fan and smart switches. He was very respectful of our home, he kindly removed shoes as we have a show off policy and he took great care in getting the job done well and with great timing. He wore a mask and took great precautions. He was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be using his services in the future.

Usually I give 4 stars because I think there has to be someone better. I still think that but for the price Peter is 5 stars. At first I thought he was a bit grumpy because he wasn't very talkative or friendly to my dog. At the end I understood that he felt obligated to work as efficiently as he could because he charges by the hour.

Per my YELP request he fixed a GFI issue and rewired my under cabinet lights to convert them from neon to LED. I then added a task. I had a non-functioning low voltage light in my front yard that another electrician had said was not fixable. Peter's strong investigative and diagnostic skills were able to get that light working. Great work Peter. Thank you.

Peter is the best contractor I've had the pleasure of working with. He came highly recommended from a neighbor and his great yelp reviews are pretty spot on. There is no one else I would call and he's already been back for more projects.

Peter is honest, reasonable, reliable and knowledgeable. He explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand and helps you learn more about your house. As a first time home owner, there is so much to learn and Peter makes it easy! He helped me prioritize what work I needed done. He gave me tips on what we can do ourselves and how we tackle electrical needs when we remodel rooms.

It took me a while to find a great electrician and I am so grateful for Peter's services. You won't regret moving forward with him!

Peter was nothing less than a true professional. I was having some electrical issues with some switches I was replacing late at night, and couldn't figure out what I had done wrong. Even late at night, Peter responded within 10 min and was kind enough to give me a call and tried to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful. First thing next morning, Peter came over and was able to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend Peter.
