Professional, Knowledgeable, incredibly through. Family business passed down over many years, one of the last if not the last Customer service based companies left

Great work and so respectful of our home. Also came through in a real time pinch. Will use them again and again.

This team is amazing! I am so impressed by their professionalism and quality of service. Juan and Efrain were so good, trusting, went beyond and above, and tried their best to minimize the inconveniences - in the process of rebuilding the panel, building all the connections after a tree fell on the connecting wires, on the 4th of July. Sherry - from the office assistance was on top of things - connecting with PG&E, placing orders on time, and keeping me informed. Thank you guys, you are awesome!

Reliable, local family, 2nd generation Electrician! You can't go wrong with a family owned business man! Very responsible young man.

8 1/2 hr labor charges plus $500 parts to install a shed mounted patio light with outlet and inside outlets. After a full day of work electrician left us with a a switch that did not function which required a breaker to be left open that powered an inside bath. Call to office brought about no action. Same electrician returns after three days and takes half another half day to complete job after being called back from his truck because inside outlets didn't work. Can't give this no stars since I do now have a light.

Had a bad experience with them. They hit a water pipe while installing some electrical and refused to take any responsibility for the damage or pay or any or all of the repair.

Price was right!!!! We had a new outlet put out in the back yard, a light put in the garage and changed some switches out. It was done in a few hours and the gentleman Russell was super smart and informative on what he was doing. He explained a lot!!! Definitely will be using them again!

We had a few electrical issues that needed repairs -- inoperative outlets, under counter kitchen lighting, a dead ceiling fan and a couple of other minor things. We called and texted a company we had used previously and we're still waiting to hear. On a friend's recommendation we called Gonzalez Electric. A polite lady actually answered the phone. I described our needs and she said an electrician would be at our home at 8:00 the following morning. He actually showed up. I had anticipated a half day's work at least, but he fixed everything and was out of here in three hours. I couldn't have hoped for better service.

Expert electricians and prompt, courteous service. They've done work ay my home on 3 different occasions and I won't hesitate calling them again.

Gonzalez Electric is immediately recognizable with the lettering on its trucks that resembles the Indiana Jones script. They can do what PG&E usually doesn't... and they're local. Once, my apartment was having odd power outages. My entire apartment wouldn't be in blackout, but it would be intermittent, or half the apartment would be in darkness, the other part not. Gonzalez diagnosed it as water that somehow got into the outdoor circuit breaker. The problem was solved promptly. Haven't had problems since. No wonder Gonzalez is the go-to guy in the Napa Valley.
