Anita D.Appt. time was 8 to 9 a.m. for yearly maintenance. Called at 9:30 when no one came. Was advised they were on their way to arrive within the hour. Called at 11:30 when no one came. Was reassured they were on their way and would be there in 20 mins. Arrived at 2:30. Did not announce arrival but at that time we advised them we did not want their services.

Then add in the team of John and Brandon doing the work; courteous, fast, totally professional, on time and willing to guide and suggest. Plus, Crystal was so kind every time I called. We couldn't be happier. Their pricing is so reasonable and they are always on time. If you need any electrical work, this is who to call.
John B.Not very friendly on the phones, sounds as if she has been there a long time and sounds like a robot. Was going to have Brad get back to me regarding a price to do a job and that was @ 12:59 today and it's now 6:59. I don't much think I am getting a call today. Not good business ethics.
